“I've done a lot of business over the years here and haven't had one bad interaction with the employees. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“OMG!!!!! This United States Post Office in Palmyra, NJ was sooooo on point!!!!! YES!!!! It was a bit busy but, Spencer, was handling and doing things to keep the customers moving!!! NOPE, don't know him but do LOVE the U.S. Postal service that we were provided today!!!!! YES!!!! Give Spencer, probably a long over due raise! It's clean inside, lots of information as soon as you walk in the door but I would recommend leave the inside closed door to the postal cashiers open for even air flow (just my opinion). I was in and out within minutes because while Spencer was working customer issues he acknowledged that I and others customers were waiting, called us over to keep us moving while he was multitasking to resolve another customer's issue. AWESOME JOB "Spencer" on a Saturday morning!!!Thank you Palmyra, NJ United States Post Office on a JOB and CUSTOMER service well done!!!!!YES!!!!! I do recommend this post office to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!!!!!”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”
“I've experienced nothing but great things from this post office. Friendly staff! Two things they've helped me with:1.One of my package was lost and they were very helpful. 2. I always go there to mail my stuff and they always help me. No fuss. No sassiness. Just purely professional. Because of that, I feel comfortable going there!”

“Hi,I wanted to let you know Francis did a great job for me last Feb 7, 2024. I was sent a package from Moldova. ( RB460007157MD ) It took from Jan 9 to Jan 12 to get to Queens, NY. From there it went to St Louis then Kansas, from there it disappeared for 10 Days. I called your Southampton Branch and was told there was nothing that could be done. Wait the correct number of days and file a claim. (This was after the correct days required. but your system would not let me file the claim) again I was told nothing could be done.Then It showed up in Phila and I figured it was found. Not so lucky, it started doing a round robin from Phila to Scranton then Lehigh valley and Back to Phila for another go round. I tried your Southampton office again and got Francis on the line, he looked it up said it was probably missing a bar code and immediately sent an email to the last 3 sort centers, The package was delivered the next day.Thank-you Francis”
“I've been using this place a lot recently, selling stuff on eBay. The staff are really knowledgeable and efficient, and friendly for the most part. There's plenty of parking and I've only ever stood it queue for a a maximum of a couple of minutes, it's usually pretty quiet there.”
“Went online to file a claim regarding a missing package that was supposedly delivered to my central mailbox. Received a call a couple hours later from Tom from the Morrisville Post Office. He informed me that he would reach out to the mail carrier who delivered the mail that day and I would receive a call a little later with hopefully a resolution. True to his word I received a callback the package was located and he informed me that it was currently in my mailbox. I was pleased with the process and quick response and resolution. Thank you Tom for your pleasant and professional manner.”
“It's tiny and rather worn-looking but if it's your town post office, it's charmingly the same for decades (push, don't pull!). The postal clerks have a dry sense of humor and know their regulars. There are post office boxes, stamped mail drop, and a stamp machine for after-hours business.”
