This place is great! They run a fantastic business. They are honest, knowledgeable, and only want to do what is best for you. All of that, and they are as reasonable as they come. Happy to have someone there that will help work on our fleet.

Tim was great went above and beyond to help me get a trailer ready for my trip back home to FL. Was up-front and honest witch is very rare these days. Would definitely recommend them in the future. Thank You again very happy with the whole experience.

MUST READ MUST READ MUST READThis is the first review I ever wrote to a company so listen closely. I don’t advise anyone to go here but if you do check everything they worked on and more because they will try to get you guaranteed 1,000,000%I went into get some Mudflap and they didn’t even do the job right they actually welded the Mudflap bar and it was supposed to be bolted and they charge me 2.5 hours of labor and we all know it’s 1 hour minimum for every shop you go to but than again we all know it only takes 30 minutes tops. I’m cool with paying the price for a shop but what got me mad is they unhooked my pins to my trailer so when I pull off The whole tandems hits the rear part and makes damages so I will have to get it fix there if it’s really bad.And to top it all off when I called in to speak to the manager (Paul) he was defensive and aggravated and really unprofessional

Have used them twice, once for a lease trailer and once for a nose rail repair. They do really good work and the turnaround time was decent. Will use again.

I have been in correspondence with Gene over there and man the guy has great customer service! I’m talking about emails on time , right to the point with scheduling 10 out of 10 rating!!! I will check back in with a full update after the service, in which I’m suspecting to be good due to what I have heard about there work. So far I give Penn Jersey Diesel & Trailer a 5 Star rating baby!!!!

I don't typically post reviews, but Gene and his crew at Penn Jersey have always taken care of us. The work is top notch and we are always satisfied. They are clear and up front with the costs, which is all I can ask for. Can wholeheartedly recommend that you take your vehicle there. Great stuff!!

Called today and spoke with Paul for 1 Mudflap replacement. We all know it takes less than 5 minutes to slap on a mudflap. Paul says best he can do is an hour of labor at $90.00!! And also had the audacity to tell me if i dont like it go somewhere else! Stay clear, these types of places will gouge you. Extremely unprofessional and rude! THEY RESPONDED TO THIS WITH RESPONSE BELOW. WHEN TALKING TO PAUL I GOT A RUDE, CUT AND DRY ANSWER WHICH WAS 1 HOUR SERVICE FOR 1 MUDFLAP! I WENT UP THE ROAD AND TO L’s TRUCK AND TIRE, AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO PUT ON THE MUDFLAP FOR FREE!

I rarely leave reviews unless something extraordinary Happens good or bad. In this case it was bad. I am an owner operator i understand full well the meaning of making a profit. I get it nobody is trying to gouge nobody but there is a point to running a business. On thjs case it was a mudflap i had a blowout it took out my trailer mudflap i went to penn jersey to get it replaced the bracket bar was a little bent a little welding should handle that. I get the bill 295 dollars. Which included 2.5 hours of labor at 90 dollars a hour I speak with the service advisor to jusitfy the overage and then i get the whole cost of doing business speech. This should have been may 100-150 dollar job at mist this wasn't my first mudflap replacement. This job should have been a lowest man on the todem pole fix now they did take about 95 dollars off the bill. But in reality they lost my future business i choose them because i had done previous business with them. But today they lost my respect as a customer.
