I wish I can rate this as 0. I was require to get Covid tested for a procedure in which I was send here because it was the place required by my doctors office. I end up calling when I got bill in 2021 to clear the error as I have private medical insurance in which I was told that the company was in a middle of a battle with the insurance and the state due to these issues. I never received a return call or a letter regarding the outcome. I now got a notification from my credit report for collection. This is the Worst most irresponsible facility. Now in a the process of a dispute with my credit report as they don’t even answer any call. I’m also assuming that there are many people going through the same situations. Very unfortunate.

My former employer used this lab for MANDATORY PCR Covid teating in 2020/2021. They ran it through our personal insurance. I NEVER received a bill or notification from this lab… not once! I did see on my EOB from my health plan that the bills were being denied and I contacted my former company’s HR Department. That was the last thing I had geard or received. Fast forward to December of 2023, and my app that monitors my credit score sends me an alert that Parkway Labs has sent an $11,245 OUTSTANDING bill to collections!!! This should have NEVER hit my personal credit report!!!!!!!!!!! Then, you call in to speak with someone and you can’t reach a soul or leave a flippin’ voicemail?!?!?!?!? That tells me that this company is being slammed with calls for ALL the same reason…. as this is affecting several of my fomer employees and co-workers. I will go class action if becessary!! DO NOT USE THIS LAB!!!!

As another person stated this place billed me incorrectly, sent it to a collection agency, and refuses to call me back. Left multiple voicemails, emails, nothing. Terrible. Responded to the debt agency and if it's not resolved I'll be seeking legal counsel as well. Place is awful.

Terrible customer service that doesn't call you back. Their billing department tried to balance bill me for COVID testing and sent me to collections. Even though on my EOB it said that nothing was due from the patient because it was COVID related. I provided them with proof and they still sent us to collections. In process of disputing. I hope this hasn't happened to anyone else. When I contacted the doctor's office that sent in the labs, they informed me that this happened to many patients and they no longer use this labs services. Scam artists.

Went online made an appointment needed results back fast. Once I arrived I waited in lobby for 3.5 minutes. Receptionist called me I checked in. Gave my samples I was there for a grand total of 12 minutes max. Got results the next day. ?

I made an appointment online arrived on time and was seen on time as well so that was a plus the staffs were courteous and professional I went to get my blood drawn and the nurse was very gentle it didn't hurt she didn't have to keep poking me and she found my vein the very first time that's another Plus I highly recommend Parkway the place was very clean and the staff were very nice thank you guys

fully agree with the gentlemen underneath me on the post ! Great experience got my invoice sent and paid !!! Make sure to follow up with your insurance ( those guys are the real cons)

I made an appointment with the automated phone system (which I did not have any issues with). My appointment was at 11:45, and I was in and out of the office by 12:00. There was maybe one minute of waiting before I got called back to get my blood drawn. The nurse drew my blood and the experience was quick and almost painless. Definitely recommend if you are able to make an appointment.

Used online appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with kiosk. Even with a full room, they called me up at the appointment time. Staff was courteous and professional. My recommendation would be to definitely use the online appointment, if I did not make an appointment I likely would have waited a while.

They send me bill with wrongfully spelled name and billing department is unreachable for a whole month, emails this "Lab" is ignoring.

My doctor here in NY uses this lab to process the covid test results. The test results came quickly (next day) and you are able to access the results easily through their website portal.I had a couple of questions and concerns since I will use this result to travel internationally. When I called the staff they were nothing but friendly and responsive. I really appreciate everything they are doing!Thank you so much!! :-)

Parkway is always professional and you get your results back same day. They have a great team that works there. I would highly recommend them.
