I live there and been saying my place still needs to be painted since I moved in almost a year in aug and not been done and the ac I was promised never got. The trash is a big problem and it takes to long to get things fixed. Not a good place for kids. I regret moving in there but the layout and size of rooms are good

Please look for another apt. This place is gross and moldy, ceilings caving, drips from ceiling, mice, no playground for kids, snow never shoveled and should i go on. These people got kicked out of renting to tenants in new york. I pray the same thing happens in pa. They are the definition of slum lords and scumbags. As soon as i get together financially i am out!!!

Omg when me and my husband and my little baby girl want to see this place would literally almost fainted not only did that it smelled bad like mold management on the other phone was yelling and screaming at me because I was asking the questions apparently not supposed ask any questions at all I wouldn’t live there even if would be a dollar less it is way disgusting they took us into a unit that was not ready it literally reeked of mold those are cockroaches and spiders a liver the place not a place for a child to be crawling around the maintenance guy was very nice that was showing us but then as we were leaving the property they were bunch of criminal looking people that looked extremely dangerous with tattoos on their face The gang tattoos Anyways long story short we got out of there as soon as possible the balconies are about to fall apart the apartment itself might be OK if they would keep it up put it but the management is horrifying after looking at it we decided we’re not going to go there maybe a week or two later this lady calls me and tells me listen if you want us apartment is going to go fast you got to give us first and a deposit and I would be $1000 are you freaking kidding me that place for $1000 you got to be joking me I’d rather go live in Philly this place is a joke if you have children do not go there
