We adopted our dog and Dr Patel has been taking care of her for 2years now and i have no issues at all. I read the reviews prior to going in and thought staff and doc was going to mean but… NOT AT ALL. They are all so friendly and courteous. I am able to get quick appointments when my baby girl is sick and can sleep knowing she is in good hands.

I called for records three times today. The first time the receptionist answered and told me to call back in an hour and hung up. There was no basic customer service etiquette (hello and goodbye, name introduction). I waited an hour and called back and my call was picked up and nobody said anything for about 6 seconds before hanging up. I called again and the same thing happened.

Stayed there for few years, the doctors medical assistant is mostly why I stayed there. She was wonderful looked forward to seeing her everytime an my dog trusted her. The Doctor never did a tear stain in my dogs eye he told me he was fine. But he wasn't he almost lost his eye. Went to blue pearl and we saved it.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Patel for over 10 years. They have been and to get us in very quicky when my dogs have issues or Even just routine care. Always very kind and friendly. Vet care in general is expensive, but I find his prices similar to other vets in the area.

Expensive. For the type of attention my pet gets and the custumer service and attention I received its not worth the money. They charge as a high-end clinic and they are far from it.

I have been seeing this vet for a number of years?? I come back too Pa because my home was destroyed in hurricane Ian ?? I asked to have him prescription for sim Perica trio he claimed he would lose his license ???? He lied also they charge you for everything!! It’s a scam practice!!!!!! Stay away

I have been using this vet for years. I have been living in Florida since December !!!! My home was destroyed in Bonita Springs Fl so I had too come back to Pa . I called to have him prescribe Simpatico trio He claimed he would lose his license???? That's a lie ! The doctor in horrible when you ask him for a flea tick heart worm medicine??? He flat out refusing too help his patients!! Stay away from this vet office!! They are scam artists!!!!!!

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful, not only with fur babies but with their parents as well. They took care of my dog who passed away almost two years ago. We have a new puppy now and she got to meet Dr Patel and his assistant. Couldn’t be more pleased. I highly recommend that you don’t listen to the negative things written about this Vet. During Lock down they did close early. If they forgot to change their message it was something that they had no idea about. They worked through the lock down. My last fur baby had to be put down during that time. I highly recommend.

Called today to dispose of my deceased dog and 250$ . Funny priced doubled since dog passed at home and you couldn't charge me for Euthanization. Dr always wants to muzzle the dog. Humane society 60$ !! 0 star rating . my past dog was a husky he wanted to muzzle also.

After noticing a small bump on our 11yr pitbull (Buster) knee we took our dog to Dr. Patel. After tests and xrays the diagnosis wasn't what we wanted to hear but we accepted the truth and eventually the outcome. Today, after almost 6 months of meds and constant care for our Buster he could no longer go on. We called at 930am and was able to make an appointment for 11am.Dr. Patel was very professional and extremely caring throughout these 6 months. Always asking about Buster when our other animals were in for appointments. Thank you Dr Patel!!
