They went above and beyond to help my family upgrade our devices, including two new Google Pixel phones and a tablet. What stood out the most was their dedication to resolving a technical issue with activating service for both phones, even staying well past closing time to ensure everything was fixed.

Despite the challenges, Rhiannon and Zach worked tirelessly from 7:30 to 8:00 PM, troubleshooting and navigating issues with Verizon's system. Their patience and professionalism never wavered, even when faced with my 2-year-old twin daughters during my initial visit, who were, as toddlers often are, full of energy. The staff was kind and understanding, making the experience much less stressful for me as a parent.

Thanks to their determination and incredible customer service, we left with fully functioning devices and a great experience. “I would Love to thank the amazing Cashiers and their team. Megan was moving us along in the self checkout. There was also a young African American woman. I wish I had gotten their names. I left $40.00 in the self checkout. I couldn't get anyone by phone, but decided to go back and give it a try, after I was done at dinner. This happened at 5:45 PM today. I went back 2 hours later. The Supervisor who it was returned to put it aside for me. The employees went out of their way to track it down and returned my $40 to me. Thank God for honest people. It was the next customer who handed it in. Thank you all!”

“I had to come on here and give 5 stars for Mary! My husband had his phone stolen while we were on vacation. Instead of paying almost $300 to replace it through assurion, he tried to get an upgrade, which he was due for anyway. After sitting on my phone talking to verizon for almost two hours, he was told he couldn't get an upgrade without a phone to trade in. And to get a phone immediately without paying over a grand, he would have to settle for an older model phone(around a hundred bucks). There was only one verizon store with the phone in stock that was 40 mins away. We drive there, and they didn't have it. No other store within reasonable driving range had one. He got back on the phone with verizon, who agreed to overnight it. The shipping would cost around 13 bucks. OK, whatever. He gets to wrapping it up, and somehow the price doubles totally! Whoever heard of an $80 sales tax charge??
My husband lost it, and was going to stop in the next rival phone store and drop verizon completely. We were driving by this particular store, and stopped on a whim. And then we met Mary! She said no phone, no problem! Got him the upgrade, and we were out within 5 minutes!!
