Much thanks to Metro Public Adjustment and to Bill Underkoffler for helping me get my claim fulfilled in such a short amount of time. Bill was very respectful and responsive which was extremely refreshing. I am very happy with the customer service and with how quickly everything was resolved in my favor! I submitted to them almost 2 years ago now and no one has ever contacted me back. I contacted the original person I talked to and he is no longer with the company. My "adjuster" Larry was contacted via email several times without ever getting back to me. From my experience, everything you put into sending these people, you will get nothing in return. Not even a thanks but no thanks.
Yes, that is exactly what I am saying.

I had some damages to my roof due to heavy wind and rain. I reached out to Metro Public Adjustment Inc and worked with Aaron J. Stutman and Akey Ahiem and They are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and left no stone unturned. They worked relentlessly with me and the insurance company even during the Holiday and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the team and their work. They make a great team and I must say that I have absolutely no regrets. This is my second time using Metro Public Inc and worked with these two gentlemen, they truly make the difference ! I will in a heart's beat recommend Aaron or Akey from Metro Public Adjustment Inc anytime you have a problem. They deserves to be rated with the 5 stars. Try them you won't regret it.

It appears that Metro is the Adjustor homeowners need when making accident claims against their own insurance company! What a shame that they are needed, but they are definitely needed! Insurance takes your money every month, they lowballs your claim, Always!

It was a course of a month between waiting to get the paperwork to go through and waiting for the adjustor to schedule an appt. There was very little communication between myself and the adjustor beforehand. Claim was less than $2500 although Metro says it needs to be at least $2500. I asked the claim adjustor if it was enough for my claim several times and he simply said, it will be more than your deductible.

Just not a professional company as of yet. Their processes for interacting with customers are extremely flawed and lead to frustration as you are left in the dark about what is happening.So much so that I fired them in the middle of my claim and plan to take it over myself at this point.They desperately need a customer service liaison between the adjuster and the customer! They rely on their adjusters to update customers on the status of the insurance claim and they are terrible at it. If you want an update you have to call or email and even then there is no guarantee they will get back to you in a reasonable time period.They withheld information about the claim and then asserted that this was my fault for not checking in if I wanted an update. I offered to pressure the insurance company about the claim to help move it along and was told not to. I was deceived as to the true extent of my claim's viability despite being led to believe otherwise.Overall a very bad job at handling the customer and the claim. I obviously do not recommend choosing this company if you need help with an insurance claim.

Do not hire! Lied my insurance company and me, because of them I am homeless for almost a year now, more like a recruitment pyramid scheme. It’s worse they have adjusters with licenses in states that they don’t even know the time zone. Catastrophe for my family, I would have been better off walking away from my house. Now I have a year of payments made and a house that is unlivable. Do not hire metro! Shop locally…

Metro public adjusters fought for my friend to get a new roof, Kitchen cabinets sink new counter top new wood floors, New windows. If my friend would have gone with the Storm Chaser roofing company. He would just have gotten a roof, not all the other benefits of CALLING A METRO PUBLI C ADJUSTER.
