“I had a fingerprinting appointment that started with a hitch because the company didn't send the code in my email. Jimmy stepped up right away and was so very helpful and genuinely friendly. He made sure I was able to complete the process correctly from beginning to end. I was very appreciative of his help.
While I was there, quite a few customers came in. Jimmy greeted all of them in a welcoming manner and seemed to know many by name. Clearly, he cares about the business and his customers. “The older man who I think runs the place is very nice and when he’s around the service is super friendly and fast. Since my last review the staff have improved. The people who work there are nice. Returning Amazon packages here is a breeze and to get receipt is very quick and convenient (because Amazon messes up sometimes). Notary service good when the man is there, Never saw notary do that before. Mostly always a Very pleasant place to take care of package sending, returns, and to get notary service. They do everything with mailing, packing, copying etc. Very convenient location, lots of close by parking for a quick transaction and other stores nearby to do errands in that center.”

The only woman working was able to get through the 3 customers in front of me quickly and easily. I thought it was going to take forever, since that’s normally my experience at other UPS stores. “Jan 27th about 2 PM, I walked in, dropped off my package, got my receipt and walked out. That should easily be a five star review, but unfortunately the girl behind the counter seemed absolutely miserable. I've never had to use this service before so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right, but she basically ignored me. The guy that was behind the counter (and involved in something else) jumped in to answer my questions, so that was cool. I value efficiency and quality far higher than customer service, and I know how customers can be...but that was the first time I was in this store, and I'm not exactly looking forward to going back.”
“The expert multitasking, efficiency & friendly cordiality I saw all 3 employees exhibit during the lengthy time I was there. The store was very busy & they served a multitude of customers needing different things. The lady helping me w copies, emails & faxes went back & forth between me & other customers with ease- never forgetting me or where she was with me & kept me posted while awaiting fax confirmations. I was, quite frankly, amazed! I couldn't have done it! Esp keeping my cool w an irate customer over the phone in the midst of a constant stream of traffic coming in on a summer Friday afternoon. I've been to other UPS stores where you could never count on these digital office tasks being avail, so I called ahead to make sure they would be & was relieved to hear they would be. They even had a chair in the corner of this tiny store where I could sit & fill out forms I'd just printed to be faxed- a great relief as I use a cane & can't stand for long- plus had to wait for a ride when done (& had to finish in time for the pu). This lady worked as fast as she could to help get me done in time- even tho they were SO busy & I was really impressed how calm & collected AND ATTENTIVE they ALL stayed in the midst of such madness! Well done UPS team & THANKS! I'll be back♥️”

“Great store, they just scan a code on your phone for a return. Hardly ever charge me for packaging my return. Highly recommended. Also better than pack and ship which is a rip off.”
