Excellent sales men, Sam. Did not hassel me and allowed me to look around without shadowing. Reasonable prices and delivery as smooth as can be. Delivery guys efficient and fast set up. Would recommend.

Two stars only because the first time I came to store, two ladies I spoke to were actually nice and willing to help. Second and third time was attended by old man that told me that only selected few couches would fit into my place and basically just wanted to shake me off by picking up phone mid convo. Both times came during holiday and nothing about sale was mentioned. Used cars sales tactics - feel prejudged.

Went to get furniture during their Fourth of July sale. There was a small misunderstanding at the time of delivery for the size of one of the beds I ordered. Instead of the store manager resolving the problem, he talked to me very nasty and refused to give me their corporates phone number. I called another location at South west Philly and the store manager Sam resolved the issue in less than 10 minutes. I spent over $3000 for the manager to speak so nasty instead of trying to resolve the problem, i will never shop here again. I love my furniture but I could have went to any of the other locations for the same set and could’ve received better customer service. Do not recommend.

If I could give a negative star. Went to check on furniture, a guy in the store said theres offers if you buy and stuff then we decided to get the furniture from there, theres is no refund plus they deliver you furniture and break on delivery no refund and no replacement. Worst furniture store.

I'll update my review if the store follows through with a solution to the problem. The 1 star is for the couch which I have no issues with.The customer service is horrible. They're great when you're actually in the store buying something. After that, forget it. Delivery guys were rude. The service guys not friendly or helpful.We slept on our bed for a week before it broke. My husband literally laid in the bed and the corner dropped. My husband has a bad back and for him to fall flat like that wasn't pleasant. From the very first day we noticed it was wobbly and making creaking noises. Didn't think much of it. Brand new $1400 bed should be of good quality, right? Wrong. 2 days later the service guys finally show up. Tell me they are going to replace the part that broke. He said the delivery guys didn't put it together right. But ok why would we want a replacement piece for a piece that is of bad quality that will just break again?he then told me to go BUY, yes spend more money, on a platform piece to make it strong/more sturdy. Ummm sir for $1400 this bed should be strong and sturdy enough! I'm then told the piece will be in later in the week. So now here we are waiting for a piece of particle board to be replaced that will only break again. After seeing reviews of this happening to so many people, at this point I just want a refund and they can come take the bad quality bed and use it in a bonfire because that's all it's good for.I will not stand down and I will be looking into resources to make sure they don't do this to anymore customers. As consumers we spent a lot of money in that store and I refuse to be taken advantage of. For $1400 I shouldn't have a "fixed" bed. Everything should be in tact and new considering it's only a week old. The ball is in their court and I'm game.Update: they came and "fixed" the bed. This is the LOUDEST BED I'VE EVER SEEN OR HEARD! I'm just waiting for it to break again. Couch update, went to go vacuum my couches and realized a hidden zipper was never zipped. Tried to zipper it and the zipper was broken. So now we have cotton filler coming out of the cushions. To be honest I'd rather not deal with these people anymore. My review stays at 1 star. BBB has been contacted along with the credit card company I used to purchase my furniture. This to me is worth following through with every legal aspect possible and I will be pursuing compensation for financial damage as a dissatisfied consumer. The stores are now ignoring my inquiries and refusing any further assistance in the matter.And BTW check your service contract! The phone number that showed up to contact about delivery was caller id'd as "Best Buy". Your service contact is with Best Buy, NOT Jeruselem! Best Buy furniture up on grant Ave I'm assuming! So they "partner" or something with Best Buy who sells the same exact pieces for hundred less. I won't buy From either place and will spread the word to avoid both at all costs.Do yourself a favor and save a headache by going elsewhere.

We bought a bed from this store 4 1/2 years ago. The bed was delivered without key parts, and the replacements were late. It was over a week after delivery before we could sleep in the bed. The store manager refused to reimburse any of the delivery charges. The bed broke a week later. It was fixed under warranty, but now another week had gone by with us not being able to use the bed. Six months later the bed broke again. We weren't abusing it, just normal sleeping and sitting on it. Once again it was fixed under warranty. It has since broken three more times. The third time it broke, I bought metal strips and used them to reinforce the wooden slats that had cracked. The third time I made extra supporting legs and attached them to the center support beam under the mattress that had broken. It broke for the fifth time recently, and there is no practical way to fix this break because there is no way to strengthen the part that snapped this time. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a bed from this store.

Went in just looking a nightside or side table the employee took us to the clearance section where they are willing to separate some of the sets. The items were all damaged or broken and you couldn't get closs enough to thoroughly inspect them.

Never buy anything here I spend 3000 dollers in here and they send me wrong tables twice I came to the store to talk about and the person was showing me attitude they sell you good stuff and send you cheap they charge you for other stuff and send you a surprise .will never ever come here again to spend a dime not worth it

Amazing variety of furniture. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They don't follow you around the store, which I love.

The furniture sold here is of POOR QUALITY! Pay a little more go somewhere else. Cushions and pillows lose firmness within days. Did you read that days not months or years. They look sloppy and out of shape after 2 sit downs. Completely unsatisfied no returns 0 and if u have warranty it's like calling every week to get service

Furniture is not of high quality, I do not advise buying. I bought furniture from them, one day passed, I wanted to return it, they said that the goods did not belong to the return, that they warned me about it .. but no one told me anything.
