I was with all state and all my policies went up 30%. Talked to Ian and now I'm paying less with more coverage!!!! He is my Friend!!! LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR IAN WAS THERE!

The service started off superb. Very professional and listened to me. However, my biggest complaint is the over charging of several hundred dollars they added to my bill after we agreed on a specific amount.After the quote, we agreed on an amount. Completed all paperwork. A week or two later my mortgage company told me there was an additional charge from State Farm for a few hundred dollars.Unacceptable! That was not what we completed paperwork for. That is not the price on my invoice. The only option they offered was to increase my deductible to an astronomical price that ordinary people can not afford. The new price matches the same as other companies. I will be looking for other options as a result of this.

Ian called me after my failed attempt to sign up online. He was super friendly and helpful. He helped me understand the pros and cons of certain policy limits. I ended up with a much better deal for car and homeowners.I highly recommend this agency.

Had them for a few months all was fine I removed a car I sold a brand new car and added a used vehicle a normal vehicle and they told me my premium, come the first month of payment it says my payment is $100 more than before when my premium went down. Mind you, nowhere did it specify that premium was only for one vehicle (have a total of 2 cars on policy) just says your new premium is x amount which was less than I was initially paying so I thought great saving some money well Come to find out they didn’t specify that said premium was only for one vehicle…. Who does that no other insurance that I’ve ever had only quotes a premium for one vehicle I never got a total premium I’d avoid State Farm is awful and the woman on the phone seemed to get annoyed as soon as I told them I no longer wanted to continue with them for insurance on my cars I’d avoid and go elsewhere
