wish i would have read the reviews first, invoices over 90 days and now they're ghosting. would not work with going forward, say all the right things then turn scumbag. Turning them into the collections shortly.

Just read what the other reviews say. They have an issue paying their subcontractors on time. Net45 and then you still have to turn into a collection agency to get paid what is owed to you.

This company is full up with low skill sharks. The only recent good reviews on here are coming from the owners and their lackeys. Do not hire or trust them .

Their PM Richard brags that he cannot read blueprints. His value to the company is that he is a liar and will screw the subcontractors.Inwas a construction manager for Image One. It was the most embarrassing project that I've been apart of in 35 years of construction.It would terrify me to manage that store. I would be scared that the devices 9nnthe cwilingnwillnfallmout. Or somebody may get elecrocuted...its that bad.JLL and Image One should have criminal charges filed against them for fraud.

Imagine one contracted my company to do lawn maintenance on some properties in Indiana and simply will not pay their invoices with us. If you are a contractor beware.

This place is a scam full of scummy people. My husband got a "job offer" here and turned out to be a new age scam we hadn't heard of before.If you get sent a check to buy "office supplies", DONT DO IT!We really thought they were a legitimate company considering they had a whole website, was contacted via email with the same website address to match. An offer letter, interview process, the whole shebang!Luckily we caught the scam before it could do any serious damage. But BE WARNED!!THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!
