If I could give 0 star I would. My tax advisor was Rosemarie. As soon as I went there for my appt, she looked through my tax documents and told me that I wasn't getting anything back and didn't ask if I had kids etc. Then I told her that that I was claiming my son and her attitude change. I told her that I was going to filed married file separately and she gave me a whole how IRS frown upon that. So throughout we continue with filing the tax and she inputted my school credit etc. At the end the efile alerted and it prompted that I wasn't going to get the credit for that. So I was like why that doesn't make sense and ask her questions. She said that if I wasn't getting the credit then she'll take it off to see the differences in form and that may cost less. But when she did the cost to pay for filing didn't change. I was upset and ask her questions and answered me in a condescending way. And do I want to file or not. So I was like whatever.
However, the tax was rejected, and come to find out she inputted my son's SSI wrong. Then I though which I didn't think at that time, from the beginning she wasn't very friendly and to top it off, if she was able to tell me that I wasn't getting anything, why didn't she informed me that if I was married and filed separately, that I would lose the school credit? And with all the experiences she had and looked through all the tax documents I gave her? Also try contacting her many times and she never responded to my calls or messages me back on the myhrblock. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my service. I have requested a refund and yet til now haven't gotten it. I used to go there when Frank did my tax and never had a problem. Then switched and decided to go back but never again with this kind of treatment.

I was disappointed in my visits with this office. I had a hard time with Rosemarie Maribello who I thought would assist me but felt like she was a bit condescending and unwilling to hear/answer the questions. I wasn’t expecting a miracle or for it to be perfect but the situation I’m in is stressful and new. I desperately needed help or just a moment of kindness in my confusion. Rather than feeling like I’d been helped or advised on my questions I left feeling small and more like a nuance during my time with her. I will probably visit H and R Block in the future but not this branch or with that tax advisor.

The tax preparer just plugged in w2 and got me the minimum only. False advertising on their part. I would recommend you go somewhere where your time and money is appreciated. Beware of going here.

I thought everyone that worked for H & R Block was knowledgeable on all tax forms. For the 1st time I used H& R Block the agent asked me to come back because he didn't know how to complete the BIRT form for my small business. When I went back the form was done he had me owing money which I thought wasn't right. When I got home he called to tell me the form he did was incorrect. He told me I didn't have to do anything. Today , April 19, 2022 that office is closed for the season and I don't think he filed my Federal Forms because I just received an email from the IRS saying my state return was accepted.... ..... not good.

I'm a frequent customer with this location today I actually seen over the years that I've been coming how much fees are being taken out i must say it's alot especially if your looking for some type of tax return to come back I was very dissatisfied and will no longer be a customer i feel like they rip you out of your money and it's so many other tax companies and yourself at that matter that can help you save on fees
