We are thoroughly enjoying our residence at Hill brook Place apartment, which is conveniently located near the supermarket. The area is exceptionally clean, rules are consistently followed, and outdoor amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the community is lush with greenery and abundant open spaces.

Worst place to live. They rip off residents. If you have no other options then come to this place for rent. There is bunch of other properties please find those.

After I moved out they refused to give me my deposit they also tried to charge me 2500$ for cleaning and damages when i left my apartment in really good shape that was really scamming I heard they have new management hopefully they work on fixing this problems

I can't believe how many tenants use that fire door daily, yet nobody repots it was not closing. Perhaps they don't know that if a fire broke out this door being closed could potentially save their life.

Everyone who wants to live with mice and cockroaches is welcome! Worst service and attitude towards residents! The manager doesn't care about your problems at all. In this community you have to pay for absolutely everything without getting decent service in return. The heating works very poorly in winter! Don't come here if you respect yourself and your health.

Useless staff, rude manager who doesn't want to do anything, can't find a basic solution to the problem. There are no deadlines for repairs; when asked how to solve the problem, the answer is “do what you want.” The most expensive rent in the area, the entrance is dirty and always stinks. I don’t recommend living here; when I moved in, one of the residents said “don’t mess with them,” I should have listened to him.

The management do not care, it’s so disgusting - they should have exterminators regularly for what we were charged in rent!

I love this apartment. The layout is spacious and the community safe. I moved here in the spring and usually by the time summer hits the neighborhood gets a little rowdy. Not here all summer long everyone was friendly and no drama anywhere. Great place to raise your kids. My daughter has made many new friends here. I would recommend Hill Brook Place Apartments to everyone.

My heat's been broke for like 2 months they keep coming out and telling me it's fixed it's definitely not I've been heating my house with my stove. The list goes on but that's a big issue for me

Living at Hill Brook Place has been one of the best decisions to live here in Pennsylvania, the apartments are very comfortable, the place is safe and quiet. The location of the place is close to stores, gas stations, pharmacies, laundromats and the shopping center, which makes it easy for me to get everything in a short time.

Absolutely Terrible customer service! I was approved for an apartment and no one told me that they charge a $250 reservation fee. As soon as i told them i decided to go with a different apartment they said they will refund the reservation fee. They spun me along for three weeks afterwards like i was not going to go after them for my money that they promised to return and that the check was being processed and it is on its way, at the end of the three weeks i called them once again and they told me they will call me back with the status of the check. Never got a call back. The next day i got an email stating that they cannot approve the return because of some policy they made up on the spot that does not make sense.
