The manager is extremely rude, completely unprofessional and just all around gave me a negative expierence. I will be going elsewhere for gaming stuff and will let all of my viewers know as well. Horrible horrible horrible.

Just tried to trade in a brand new game (never played), and they tried to scam me with a scratched disk fee. They are stealing from you when you trade inngames

Although I don't shop here as often as I use to (darn adulthood!) they always have a great selection of games, toys, collectables. Sometimes the people that work there drag down the experience, but more often than not their are some good employees (that can be said for any place though really).

I haven’t been to a GameStop in years first time I try the gate is down and the manager tells me they’re closed for a hour… you close at 6 and it’s 3 so you’re gonna close for a hour then open for 2 after wasting my time already?

The employees will always be rude and say, “ you can find that all out online you know”. Instead of actually taking the same amount of time of saying that to answer your question out of bad customer service.
