“I've been a patient here for well over 10yrs and have always had a good experience. First the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and have always been nothing but professional and nice I've never been treated rudely. Dr Turner is so fantastic. She has always been interested in what's happening with me so that she can help me better. She orders bloodwork and tests if necessary to make sure you are taken care of and get to the bottom of your health issues. I know for a fact Dr. Turner has my best interest at heart. Dr. Turner never gives up and will always strive to give the best care. As far as the things people get annoyed with rarely happen. My refills are always taken care of in a timely manner I've never in 10yrs had to call or ask more than once for a refill. I genuinely feel taken care of. “This was my first vist to Einstein Center One. To be trueful, I had never heard of it before. It was given to me as a option instead of going to Einstein main campus on Broad street in Philadelphia. Most of the time, if I need to get any tests like x-rays, mammograms etc. I would go to Elkins Park. This particular test was not done there so I chose Einstein Center One. They offer services for primary care and specialty doctors located in Northeast Philadelphia. It was easy to find and had plenty of free parking. Security was friendly, helping me find my way. I had pre registered on line, so checking in was seamless. I didn't have to wait but about 10 minutes and was called in for my study. The technician was friendly and made me feel at ease. I was out and on my way in least than a hour. I would definitely go back to the location and highly recommend it.”
