Everyone here has been great, they are super friendly and very accommodating. The small kitchen always helps when you have to stay for a period of time and for a decent price.

My wife and I with 4 of our kids stayed at 2 different rooms. Check in was great. The room was clean ,but even with the heat off we had to have the window open. Not a big deal. On the second night of our stay our room keys didnt work. We returned late and we recieved nothing but attitude from the lady at the front desk. She turned my key and my sons for the other room but when my daughter went down to have her key turned back on she receptionist flat out said no because the other key was turned back on. This is completely unacceptable. We recieved 2 we should have 2 keys to use. Other then the receptionist bad attitude i was pleasantly surprised. The date of our stay was 1-12 , 13 2024.Noteworthy details: They say breakfast is included. Which it is but only oatmeal and muffins. And of course coffee

First time at an Extended Stay ever. Reception was smooth and friendly, went without a hitch, room was clean and the sheets were fresh. The front desk were super respectful and helpful about learning how utilize to utilize their amenities.Housekeeping was very kind and respectful of privacy. All in all a very pleasant experience in a uniquely wonderful location that can’t be beat.One of the best options in the area for long term stays, plan to stay again next time I’m visiting!

Alesha was an absolute life saver basically the whole time I stayed. She was even a big help to me before I even arrived. I am grateful for all of her hard work and effort. A big reason that I will be choosing to return to this location for all my business in Bensalem is because of her. I stayed in room 228 and it was clean! I love the studio apartment set up. The iron and ironing board worked well, no issues or staining left behind on any of my clothes. The laundry facilities were clean and well kept my entire stay. The vending options were always on, always stocked and takes both credit card and cash. Overall, great stay, friendly staff, clean facilities, convenient location. Look forward to my next trip!

Management changed. I actually stayed here for almost 2 weeks back in 2019. I had a similar issue back in 2019 and they let me change my room instantly. The manager was a man name Dave back then. Yesterday I booked 2 days and they gave me a room with noisy long term (homeless ) people downstairs with a kid. I was in room 315. The two women up front was rude and refused to let me change my room to another room on the 3rd floor and I saw they was cleaning out another room this morning on the 3rd floor. She kept saying I blamed the kid downstairs because she told me there is a kid downstairs. I heard them running in and out downstairs at 3-4 am in the morning and Constant slamming near the window downstairs. I would have figured it out myself without them telling me. It sounds like 5 people in one hotel room. They said it could also be people next door to me on the 3rd floor and not the people downstairs. I heard footsteps running around downstairs, it was not next door and they kept saying the people downstairs have a job and is nice people. They said their kids is quiet. They was up all night on sunday going into monday. They kept me up all night I know they dont work at all. Especially someone was messing around stomping and running at 12 am and then stopped right away so they dont get caught. They didnt let me sleep. They was quiet for 3 hours and comes 5am, they was all banging pots, slamming doors, turning water on, going in and out opening and closing the doors, dragging furniture or w.e they doing. I had NO sleep for two days. The front desk said the people was getting ready to go to work. I said what work. They was up all night . Also this place has no xtra towels and blankets . The two women up front kept blaming the people next to me. Im sitting close to the wall right now on my computer and I dont hear anything at all. They even got more petty to tell me they walked by the room downstairs and its quiet they didnt hear anything. I told them because the people isnt making noise constant to make it obvious. BUT the fact that they are arguing with me and REFUSING to let me change to another room tells me they are doing it on purpose. I even see rooms on the 3rd floor being cleaned yet they STILL REFUSE to let me change rooms. They said those rooms might be booked by others. So people is now psychic they know exactly what room is being cleaned so they can book it. They was making excuses.. This tells u that they know something is up and they just messing with me. I won't be coming back here I am done with this clownery. I was also a long term customer. Back when Dave was the Manager there was no issues they let me change the room asap and didn't care. I came back hoping the managers will change. These women are very petty. I already called Corporate and opened a case with the GM Kim. I didn't sleep for 2 days at that hotel . The other review is right. This is a hotel for displaced people . EDIT: I opened A COMPLAINT. IF Kim doesn't do anything I have other ways to escalate my complaint with Corporate

My room was half cleaned. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned or sanitized. The toilet was dirty and had dried blood on the back and lid of the toilet. I had to clean the rest myself. I would like a refund for my stay.Safety: They have security

Probably the worst hotel I ever been to, in terms of staff, cleanliness and atmosphere. Let’s start a few months ago when I and my parents booked our stays online for Thanksgiving we all want to be in the sameHotel for the holiday. Fast Forward to around check in time. I call the front desk Tuesday about my Wednesday check in, saying due to work I will not be able to check in Wednesday but it’s fine, I’ll still pay for Wednesday. They said that is more than fine and will make a note of it when I check in on Thursday (thanksgiving day). My parents on Wednesday check in to their rooms and the front desk asked about my room since we had the same last names. My father responds, “he called yeasterday to check in Thursday.” The front desk said they will make a note of it and it was a non issue. I come in Thursday to check in and they said I never gave them a warning about coming in Thursday and rudely told me they will not give me a room on THANKSGIVING DAY and to call Priceline customer service. “You paid Priceline, not us.” I called Priceline about it. They called the hotel and after they finished talking to the front desk they told me the front desk was extremely rude to them and there was nothing they could do but request a refund and hope it gets approved. (Spoiler alert, it got denied by the hotel this morning). So was left hoteless from extended stay on THANKSGIVING DAY. Even though they had 24 rooms available, 24! So much to be thankful about…. Luckily I was able to book a room at the best western down the street which was some much brighter, cleaner, and their breakfast was cooked food unlike muffins and stale coffee. Here’s a picture of how dark the hotel is to give an idea. All in all, avoid this place like the plague. My parents stay was terrible, and they had to come to my hotel for breakfast.Food & drinks: No breakfastNoteworthy details: Don’t waste your money like I did.

I never had to take my towels to get clean and than half to pick them up. I never stayed two nights at a hotel and they don’t come and clean the room. So how can you leave a tip and you didn’t see how they clean the room if it’s not done for the customer to see??

it would be a zero star if it had it available. This hotel and its front desk. Staff are absolutely horrible. This morning when I left for work, I advise the front desk. My toilet was not working. When I came in this evening, the lid was up I assumed it was fixed. When I attempted to flush it, there is no water no pressure. I called the front desk advised her of the situation and she told me there is no maintenance on the weekend and there is nothing she can do for me, as there are no other firms. When I asked her name and for her manager, she hung up on me. I have tried to call customer service and guest services only to find out they are not open until Monday. I am expected to be in this hotel room all weekend with no toilet. I am a palled the quality of the room and the service. My company booked this trip as I am here for work for another week . I would not stay here again if it was for you.!
