Used Estes to receive a shipment from Troy, NY. Took exactly one month to receive our shipment from date of pickup. Which is just unacceptable. Its a 5 hour drive. Their trucks drive by our place of business every day. Very disappointed.

Well we picked up 4 LiveSteam Locomotive Cars. The office worker Mary was excellent in explaining everything. Our forklift operator was great and knowledgeable. Thank you Estes Express for a flawless experience.

Extremely slow shipping. No shipping updates except for them to let you know your delivery date is moved back. Tried to call but my shipping “agent” is unavailable.

This is not a company, it's a scam. They held my package for 10 days in their warehouse with the excuse that there are no drivers. Note, this is in March 2022, there are no pandemic issues anymore. I called them 2 times and they keep lying that the package will be delivered in a few more days, and they cannot give me a specific date. Today, I am heading to pick up my package in person, perhaps needing to rent a truck. So I am paying my money and my time because these scammers do not want to work.

Horrible customer service. I 100% recommend getting rid of the lady named Virginia in the office she is no help at all, kept giving me the runaround about my shipment & couldn't even give me the right email address to have my shipper send them authorization to pick up my shipment after it has been sitting at their location for a week.

I can be less satisfied. My shipment has been sitting in their warehouse for a week. It was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I call them everyday and they tell me they would have it delivered the next day. Its Friday now and it looks like its staying there till next week.

Books Through Bars, Philly, We are a small place that just received 3,000 books.We want to thank your driver Michelet (Polection) For his help with the delivery. It was not easy and he went out of his way to get all of these boxes of the truck and to our sorting area which was a parking lot. Thank You
