Arrived on time but the polaris soft doors were bent like a pretzel when they arrived at the dealer.

Used Estes to receive a shipment from Troy, NY. Took exactly one month to receive our shipment from date of pickup. Which is just unacceptable. Its a 5 hour drive. Their trucks drive by our place of business every day. Very disappointed.
