Dial is a place that can accommodate unusual and custom repairs. I brought in a 20+ year old tennis ball machine with a failing circuit board that needed hand-resoldering. Michael and his team brought it back to life, and went above and beyond to identify secondary issues with the controls, which they also resolved. They also checked out the motors and validated that they were in good working order (which I knew because they had just been replaced). Repair was done as promised on time. Price was fair for the work done, and recovered more value out of the machine than the cost to me.
