It’s tough losing a pet, it all happened so fast for us. When our boy Thor passed here at home, we were torn up. We quickly found Dear Pet and gave Keith a call and he was here to help within an hour. He was compassionate and very quick in the return of our family member with paw and nose prints that captured our Thor. Thank you for doing what you do and helping us with something so special and important to us.

We lost our sweet girl, Parker, at home this past week. I was at a loss for what to do and Keith went above and beyond to help us. He was at our home to pick her up within an hour of speaking with him, kept in touch with me throughout the process and had her remains back at home in less than 48 hours. In one of the hardest days my family experienced, Keith was there and provided a compassionate service. I'll never be able to thank him enough.

Christmas eve my little munchkin persian cat just did not want to get up for her dinner, just an hour before she was playing and running around with her buddies, well she silently just crossed the rainbow Bridge. She was guarded and surrounded by her family and little friends. My heart just shattered ? ?. There is no trustable service on holidays,Christmas day came ,cried my eyes out all night.I started searching for a private cremation place. After hours and hours passed by I found Dear Pet Memorial Cremation service, I called the number and a very nice and kind man answered the phone, he came within half hour to personally pick up my little Lella ,I was a mess,he reassured me she will be handled with respect and she will be cremated privately. Keith was a gift for our Christmas sorrow, half hour after he picked up Lella he confirmed that he is at the crematory. Next morning a few minutes after 7am he called from the crematory and sent me pictures to confirm that she is being cremated privately and handled respectfully. I felt that I couldn't breathe from the sudden loss of my little munchkin ? girl.Wendsday I received a call from Keith he is on his way to return Lella home .I am thankful I found Keith, who goes over and beyond for us who loose our fuzzy family members ❤ and companions.Keith will pick up from vet offices or your homes your loved companion/family and he is so compassionate that you will call him a friend for life.I include a few pictures for you. Thank you Keith for being so kind and compassionate. She is second on second shelf next to her son.

The dude who I was dealing with was an absolute pure soul and committed to helping in times like these. Didn’t rush at all but was at my door within the hour once going through with the final call and confirmation. Thumper came home in a very nice well crafted wooden box with a little letter of authenticity! Most definitely High recommendation for all family and friends???

Could not have found a better organization! Keith came out right away at almost midnight and talked me through the entire process regularly checking in and updating me every step of the way. He made this experience so much easier to manage and i could not be more appreciative

We have learned that it is possible for our hearts to hold both grief and gratitude at the same time. Keith, reaching out to you was the best thing we could have ever done. We are very appreciative to have entrusted Cooper in your care, a person who truly cares for every pet he comes across. Your services were exceptional. We lost our beloved almost 19 year old cat Saturday morning. We called many places and none were open/didn’t answer/wanted us to bring him in. Keith responded right away and was such a pleasure to deal with. This was our first time really dealing with a death of our pet and really didn’t know what to do. He helped us with the transportation of our cat and was so compassionate and caring. We had him back home with us in 3 days. He is in a beautiful box with his name on it. I truly recommend dear pet. Saying goodbye is already so hard... so looking for a place was stressful. I read a lot of reviews before fully deciding on a place, but they were all so positive here. I'm happy my family went with Dear Pet Memorial Park. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog Ollie. Keith was super nice, and communicated with us well. He made it clear he was available whenever and that he was trying to help us make this process as easy as can be, and with little stress. We got a paw print of Ollie's, as well as two necklaces with his ashes. The box is also very beautiful. We wanted to upload photos of Ollie too of when he was a happy guy.

My amazing and beloved cat, River, passed away so suddenly and I have never been so heart broken. Reaching out to Keith was the best thing I could’ve ever done. He was able to pick him up at the most latest time the same day and was glad that River was in the hands of someone who truthfully cares for every pet he comes across. I was definitely at ease. Seeing the reviews, I knew I made the right choice! I was able to get my baby back in a short period of time and he kept me up to date with everything. Thank you for everything Keith! Our beloved corgi, Kirby, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Tuesday, September 19th. My family and I wanted to do a burial for Kirby instead of a cremation so that we could visit Kirby often. After some searching, we found Dear Pet Memorial Park. I gave them a call and Keith answered promptly and showed so much compassion right away. Keith and his associate were also able accommodate us ASAP and we were able to bury Kirby within a few hours of speaking with Keith on the phone. Keith's father, Harvey, also worked with us to order a custom memorial for our fur baby and was so helpful throughout the process. We really can't thank Keith and everyone involved enough for easing the loss of our beloved Kirby.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Heart, this Monday September 25th. He was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks prior and was disintegrating so much and suffering that we chose to put him down at our home at his favorite place in the house. After doing some research, we stumbled on Dear Pets Memorial and reached out to Keith to inquire about his services. We could not have picked a better place to reach out. Even though it was short notice, he was able to come out to us the same day we reached out to him. He was very respectful and empathetic with us in our grief. His service for clay paw print shadow box also came out absolutely beautiful and he was able to bring us Heart back within 2 days. We are very grateful that the person we were able to reach out was Keith in our grief. We could not have had anyone better for the services. Our family thank you so much Keith ?

Many thanks to Keith for being there in our time of need. The kindness and compassion he showed far surpassed our expectations. Keith made a very difficult time in our lives a little bit easier. His calming presence and empathy are an asset. He stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process and returned our fur baby’s ashes to us sooner than expected. Keith is simply wonderful!
