I picked up meds yesterday 7/15 and the girl that waited on me, an Indian woman (I know that not the way to refer to her but I could not get a name) This woman was so rude to me and at the end of the transaction she just walked away. I said to her your welcome and all she did was turn her head and give me a dirty look. I was in a hurry otherwise I would have asked for a manager. The next I’m in if I go back I will see a manager. Judging by all the one star reviews this store has maybe corporate should consider some management changes or retraining !

This pharmacy is really on top of things. I am constantly calling for assistance. Without fail they always call me back and explain things so I can understand. I am so glad to have a pharmacy on top of their game.

Everytime I come here either the cashier for the main store or the pharmacist gives me attitude, never fails. Today it was the cashier. Beautiful older lady had the attitude of a 2 year old child. I dont know if she was just having a bad day but there was no reason for her to talk to me as if she's raised me my whole life. So sorry I made a mistake trying to pay for my items. You didnt have to disapline me for it. Especially when it in no way affects your job.

Told 30 minutes for pickup while at another store, got here 20/25 minutes later expecting to wait but instead was told they were out of stock, then they had it, but would take 30 minutes to get it ready..... Still here nearly an hour later and now they need just a few more minutes. If I didn't need this now I would have left. Terrible service, watching people that came in after me get served and leave ahead of me. I feel like I'll still be sitting here while they're telling everyone the store is closing.

Showed up an hour after I was told my prescription would be ready only to be told it still was not. Then was given attitude when I said I would be waiting for it since it should have already been done. First time using this pharmacy and was not a great first impression.

Camila was absolutely, the right person at the right time. Offering her full assistance with a smile, the entire time. Not to mention, having her head on a swivel. Ready to assist customers at the register. Her personality and kindness, was a blessing.

Always a problem here, usually of CVS's own making. Never timely, always rude, and never responsive in fixing errors they've caused with medication I literally require to stay alive. Negligent and then some.

I was struggling getting my extra bucks to load earlier and Vanessa was so patient and helpful. This store is always clean and I have always had good experiences here. Thanks for your help and kindness Vanessa!

I called to see if my prescription was ready and they told me 30 minutes so I showed up 45 minutes later and they told me at the drive-through that it would be another 15 minutes. Waited 22 minutes in a parking spot and went back through, still not ready. They told me 15 minutes again. So I waited and again not ready, waited another 15 and it was finally after 62 minutes.Just annoyed, also the punk rock cashier is no longer here. She was so nice and caring.

I am writing this to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at your pharmacy. My daughter was diagnosed with strep throat on Monday, 01/16/2024, and her pediatrician prescribed her 10mg of amoxicillin twice a day for 10 days.When I picked up the prescription from the drive-thru, I received two bottles of medication, each containing 200mg of amoxicillin, along with a syringe.Given that my daughter was prescribed 20ml of amoxicillin per day, I naturally assumed that the syringe provided would be 10ml in volume. However, it was only after a week of administering the medication that I realized the syringe I had been given was only 1ml. This was contrary to my previous experiences with your pharmacy, where I have always been provided with a 10ml syringe for the same medication.As a result, my daughter had received only about 2 days' worth of medicine instead of being on her 8th day of treatment.I cannot stress enough how concerning and alarming this situation is. The health and well-being of my child are of utmost importance to me, and I trust that as a reputable pharmacy, CVS would prioritize the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing. My daughter is now sick again because she did not receive her antibiotics correctly due to the fault of your company. This is completely unacceptable.I request that CVS Pharmacy takes the necessary steps to ensure that such errors do not occur in the future. It is crucial that your pharmacists are held accountable for their actions and that measures are put in place to prevent this from happening to other customers.I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and address this matter promptly.

They promise a prescription filled in one hour and don’t fill it for 2 days or more
