Don't bother buying CVS gift cards as you can not use them online and you can only buy certain items with them. CVS gift cards are a waist of money if you can't use them. Im a long time customer of CVS and now im Very Disappointed!! I won't be shopping there anymore!!

I have never been so frustrated trying to contact a pharmacy. This has been my pharmacy for years and now they have this stupid new voice mail system. You can't speak to a pharmacist anymore. RIDICULOUS. How are you servicing customers by not letting them speak to YOUR PHARMACIST!!!!!?????? I JUST NEED TO KNOW IF MY MEDICATION is in!!!!

The store is great and the manager Sean is very nice and helpful. The Pharmacy brings this rating of mine down to one star it's that bad. Everyone is horribly incompetent or whoever is the head pharmacists. I actually get way more info,kindness and insightful explanations by the techs. It's the pharmacists particularly the head or senior pharmacists that have made the pharmacy go horribly downhill in the last year. The worst is Santosh or Sanitosh. Everytime I have to pick up prescriptions etc when he's managing the pharmacy it's horrible and mostly on him. He is incompetent,comes off as smug,says I don't know to my questions more than any other response, speaks bad English whoever bright idea it was to leave a pharmacy in headed by a guy who can't communicate with the customers is beyond my sense of logic cause it's illogical. Also everytime I have to deal with the Pharmacy and he's there something happens that has never happened before and besides I don't know he'll give you at least 5 different explanations to questions about prescriptions not being filled and why. Lastly he contradicts himself countlessly and somehow everytime he is running the pharmacy the app is "glitching" in his words and so are the text messages that contradict what is actual when you get there to pick up scripts etc. P.S. when he's working it's impossible to talk to a pharmacy member because he has it on voicemail for hours on end. Then need to fire him because he is passing his incompetent nonsense onto the techs who actually know more what they're doing than him but are forced to listen to this infantile minded fool because of the genius of who gave him a pharmacy license/degree and the other genius that let's him run the pharmacy or manage it. I seriously dread dealing with him and everything to put it nicely gets fouled up when he's at the helm of the pharmacy.

For the last 4 months, I have been missing pills in my script. It went 3 one month, 2 the next month, 7 the 3rd month and yes 7 pills missing. This time 2. I'm about to lose my mind cause you have someone that either doesn't know how to count or stealing meds. I'm about to change pharmacies again. 2nd cvs that has done this. I'll be staying away from cvs from now on

I always liked this cvs occasionally had a problem with a prescription being filled app said one thing pharmacy something else.I went yesterday to get prescriptions insurance changed when woman ran new insurance one came back 15 dollars the other two 5 dollars yet when rang them up she said $38 when I questioned that pharmacist said no they are these prices I really had no choice except to pay as I need these daily, they were very rude also I questioned how prices went from $20 for all three to $38 in a monthThis isn't first bad experience but I let the others go.I transferred all my prescriptions will never go to that cvs again.
