Well I'm not shocked that this Acme only has 1 star. The manager Emory, is not a customer person & when there is an issue, he really does not even want to hear from the customer. He would only say to me to keep my voice down (I was not yelling but yes, I was upset!) & that he doesnt know anything about his shelve tagging (the UPC sticky tags). Um you are the manager!! How do you not know every inch of your store?? Dont the managers basically work up through the stores as employees so that they understand the day to day operations? It does not matter what time of day I come into this store, there is always only ONE register open for large orders & they use the customer service side desk as the 10 items or less & NO SELF SERVICE! So you always know regardless of how many items, you will be spending more than a half hour in here! No wonder that the store only has a handful of customers at any given time- because it is one of the worse stores around the Bensalem/ Philadelphia area!!! Oh & let's not forget how "political correct" they insist on being when there is an issue too- when I said to the mgr that at his age I expect some customer service & empathy, it turned into, oh you're gonna talk about my age now? You dont know how old I am. He must've said that 3 times, as if I said something about his race. It was ridiculous & it felt like I was talking to a 12 year old. And after I said man, you people are crazy, the 75 year old cashier went, what did you say? Oh now you're calling me crazy? Emory (calling to him in a sing song voice) Emory, now I'm crazy. Like did these people EVER hear of a term of expression? Man, I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. They are no longer getting my money. They are lucky that TJ Maxx opened up next door because it gave them a 2nd chance at life but looking at the reviews & what I went through today, it wont last long! I will drive down the street to Walmart, Sam's Club or Shoprite for now on!! They dont like my money apparently!
