I have my business and personal accounts with them .Great branch been with them for 2 years . The whole staff is so helpful amazing and the Manager Dean he is outstanding. Just not only him everyone one like Noah . Shennen . Erin, Nora all will go out of there way to help you.I always feel welcome even its a small question. I recommend to go open an account with them you will be so happy..

Horrible bank my card always freezes and can't use it. I was stuck at the bank because the bank kept denying lift ride so I explained it to the people working in the bank and they were rude and said there's nothing they can do. Citizens bank is terrible I'm definitely changing banks

Absolutely worse bank. No sense of customer service. Screaming at customer, to compensate for her incompetence. Every excuse how she is not able to close the account. Take you business account to the bank that shows apparition for your business.Done deal. No more CITIZENS bank

This location has AMAZING customer service. Go see Dean, the branch manager, and Noah, branch banker, for your banking needs. They will treat you with respect and provide help in anyway they can!

Very lazy and sleepy tellers working, I got there to withdraw some cash all them were playing with their phone even the teller who served me was busy with his phone. I have to repeat my question at least twice to get an answer.I have business and personal accounts thier I will close both.Unprofessional staff.

Unprofessional. Lack of communication. Total disregard of customer relations. Scheduled an appointment to open up a corporate account few days in advance, picked the time and confirmed it. Received email reminder the day prior. Showed up in time to find the Banker/manager not at work. 5x employees in bank And no one can assist. No one called, no one rescheduled , no one cares. Wasted morning ...

Myst show right time of closing I came flying to catch before they close at 5.00 pm as per online schedule. The branch was close bad MANAGEMENT.

I've been a part of Citizens Bank for a very long time, and while most branches are pretty decent with customer service, this one isn't! A teller in particular is just very nasty at this location, and although I didn't get her name, I can surely share my experience. I came in to make a deposit and didn't have the account number at hand but I was able to share with her ONE of my account number so she can retrieve the other one. Already she had an attitude, speaking in a tone that was just rude! She didn't even say thank you or welcome me into the branch. The next couple of days, I came back and needed to speak with a bank agent in regards to my account and that same teller already gave me a dirty look when I arrived. While I was waiting for an agent, the lady teller kept looking at me with the nastiest look the entire time I was waiting there. Was that necessary? Did I do something wrong? Clearly not! This teller came off rude, nasty and her attitude was terrible. Before leaving, I purposely walked over to get some lollipops just so I can get her name to report her, but unfortunately, the teller didn't have a name tag. I will continue to go back and maybe get her name so I can share with the manager how nasty she was . Looks says it all, and her look was just unprofessional!

Well if you want your money stolen or given to someone else, ask for Tiffany! If you want to be able to cover it up, then you definitely need to ask for the branch manager Doug!

Although the bank practices itself are not the best the staff at this particular location are by far the best! Shoutout to Kim and Natalie(hope they are both still there!) for always being great! But regardless of while you speak with you will always receive the utmost respect and kindest from the heart care.
