Been to this branch twice. Once to make a deposit and next time for a cashier's check. Both times I was greeted at the door and were very helpful in resolving everything quickly.

ATM machine outside and in initial lobby are always busted or out of order. Very tacky and not what you would expect from a banking institution. Unacceptable and disrespectful

The moment i walked in i was bombarded with greetings at the door, which i loved ! I came in with a little anger only because i was given a run around over the phone with customer representatives. Anywho , Viraj was the banker helping me and he was fantastic , he was calm , got right to the point and helped me through everything ! As well as helped my boyfriend get a new account with chase with a bonus ! SUPERB ! I almost closed out the account after the phone representatives but after todays visit , my mind is changed.
