This respiratory company is literally the worse company ever. Always have some kind of problem. They should not be in business at all. Notified them 3 weeks ago that my child's cough assist was malfunctioning. I was told no problem they'll send someone to exchange it. Then a few hours later get a phone call stating that it can't be exchanged despite what previously told due to and insurance issue. I call his insurance and they state there is no issue it's Brotherston not billing right. I make multiple phone calls on/off for weeks. And still get the run around. I'd call Brotherston and they wouldn't return my phone calls or his insurance phone calls. Each time I call I remind them multiple times we are going on vacation this needs to be resolved ASAP. Still nothing happens. Call yesterday and told I'd be getting a phone call back no return call. Call again today and once again get the run around despite his insurance stating it's resolved. They also tell me I can bring the equipment to them and they can evaluate it and determine a solution then. No thank you it's your job to come out and service your equipment oh wait maybe if you would of done that in the first place maybe we wouldnt be here considering the equipment sticker on the side says it hasn't been serviced since last year. So again thanks for another piece of junk equipment provided by you. My sons life really appreciates it!

This company is The most unprofessional, inconsiderate and lack of professionalism!! They are rude and passive aggressive. After being in the hospital for 10 days I was discharged home on a Friday with lack of oxygen and the tank that was delivered which I paid for prior to delivery was not pulling enough oxygen. When I called to file a complaint that I don’t have enough oxygen. I was told that on Fridays they don’t deliver! The lady on the phone was telling me if I want, I can come to Bensalem and refill the tank, bc they don’t deliver . This is absolutely ridiculous! On Friday, I had to go run around calling people to try and get oxygen somewhere instead of going back to the ER And nobody from the company cared. They never even called me to check up until I called them Monday morning to tell them to pick up their equipment. I have filed a complaint through the department of Health and Abington Hospital because they have a contract with this agency. Being in the business on my own, I would never allow any of my patients to suffer Or feel so neglected. Shame on you and your horrific services . You are a bunch of fraudulent liars!

These people are very inconsiderate and have no compassion. The customer service is terrible. They don't like to fix things they mess up. Stay coding things incorrectly causing us to randomly stop getting supplies we've been getting for years. Very annoyed by this place and their lack of giving a damn.

Not sure what kind of operation is being ran here, but be very cautious. Unbeknownst to me, they think they are wizards. This company is telling me I don't use my cpap machine, when I do! They needed a number on my machine, so I sent a picture. My machine is kept in the bag when I'm not using it, they want to know why. And they want to know why it's not plugged in 24/7 (didn't know they paid my electric bill) And I'm going to be billed for equipment??? I'll kindly return the equipment and called my insurance company too. WARNING STAY AWAY!!

This place sucks its always something with them. Now its a delivery charge that at one point they didnt have. Took them a week to tell me my bipap supplies were ready. I hate them they didn't want to exchange a old bipap i had for almost 7 yrs. Gave me the same one it died the same night. Need to find one that takes my insurance so i dont have to bother with them..

This company deserves no stars. Return calls are never made. Every month it’s a different policy in place. They do not care if your child have oxygen or not. They only worry about a delivery fee. Took them three days to get things situated. Horrible company

Never return calls wait hours. No one knows what there doing. The delivery driver is the only one you talk to.and he does not know what he is doing. He tells you the machine works fine, its the customer that's wrong. The alarms no stop going off, but company does nothing.

WORST EVER !!! We have respiratory equipment at our home that needs to be picked up. We have called repeatedly, and when / if a representative from the company calls back they call wrong phone number, and do not leave a voice mail. Yesterday, my husband called again, asking for a return call, and left his cell phone number. I received a missed call on my cell phone this morning, no message, just the missed call. So, I had to Google the number to see who called without bothering to leave a message, anddiscovered it was this company. When I called back this morning I spoke to “Wanda”, who said she was calling about the equipment. I asked her to please call the number provided by my husband. She said she called that number and he did not answer, so she called my number. She then asked me if he was at home, and I said I did not know since I was not at home. I suggested she call his phone number and leave a message of who is calling and why you are calling, and he will call back. She interrupted and said sarcastically, “have a nice day”, then hung up while I was still talking. I don’t see that kind of customer service noted on the website. With a customer base comprised of people dealing with illness and compromised health of varying degrees. To have such difficulty reaching this company, and then to be treated like that is inexcusable. Please consider sensitivity training for your staff, or at the least, supervision and monitoring of their demeanor and customer service skills.

I dealt with a very nice customer service rep named Aida. My mother needed a hospital bed, oxygen and a mechanical ventilator. Brotherston was the best! They took care of everything. The delivery man was top notch. They have pulmonary specialists there that come to the house and make sure you have everything you need. We were with them for 2 years. Nothing but the best. Thanks.

I've used this company in the past but apparently under new ownership or management because they are absolutely THE WORST for customer service. Deliveryman is wonderful - maybe he should give training in customer service. I recently required a CPAP machine and was told in order to have it delivered I would have to pay off my $130 balance for an oxygen concentrator which I had only received a bill for the week before. Hello, talk about prompt payment - you've got to be kidding me. I advised staff that there might be a glitch with the insurance approval and requested how much it would cost to purchase a unit outright. I was told it would be approx. $800 if I paid cash but if I used my credit card it was an add'l $100 - really - $100. I know banks charge but this is outrageous. I asked if it could be delivered Friday night, as I work and would have the money than. I was informed that no they don't deliver at night. How about Saturday - no they don't deliver on the weekend. I explained I had to work and couldn't take off - the rep checked with her supervisor and was told that if I wanted to have an evening delivery it would be an additional $100+ but if I accepted a daytime delivery it was no charge. Really ?!?!?!?! I explained that I could be at home for my lunchtime of approx. 1/2-1 hr if they gave me a specific window - I was told they don't know when they would deliver but would give me an approx. 2 hr window Friday morning. The final straw was when I asked the name of the supervisor so I could write a letter and was told "Jim" no last name - sorry can't give that out - even after checking with the supposed supervisor I was told "no can't give last name - sorry". Well you should be sorry, sorry that you run such an unethical business that you would charge hundreds of dollars because you are inconvenienced by the customers who keep you in business - well shame on you and your business practices and maybe "Jim" ought to learn to be a real supervisor and man up and actually put the customer needs above his own anonymity. A VERY dissatisfied customer.
