We switched vet offices to Bridgewater 2 months ago and they have seen all 4 of our dogs for their routine visits as well as surgery for one of our pups. We're never going back to the old vet. This vet office is amazing from the front of house staff to the vet himself. Everyone is kind and understanding to both the pets and the pet parents. I can't rave enough about this vet office and how awesome they are.

In the past, I've been satisfied with Bridgewater Vet, but I am so upset and disappointed right now, that I want to share my experience so others can make informed decisions on where to take their pets for care. My 7 year old lab has an ear infection and needs to see the doctor because the over the counter medicine is no longer working. When I called the office, I was told by Kristen that he (my dog) was overdue for his wellness visit and shots. She could schedule him for tomorrow and that it would be a few hundred dollars. I told her I didn't have that much right now. I asked if I could have his ears checked tomorrow and schedule him for his wellness visit in 2 weeks. She explained that they couldn't see him for the ear infection until he has a wellness visit. What the hell kind of vet refuses to see a sick patient? She didn't care one bit about my dog being in pain! I think it's a disgrace and they (Kristen) should be ashamed. The call ended with her cheerfully, condensingly telling me to call back if I changed my mind. Considering I was so concerned about my dog being in pain, I felt she happily dismissed me. That made me angry, sad and quite desperate.

Dr. Feeney is the kindest, most professional veterinarian I know. She has provided a balance of professional opinion and compassionate advice under difficult circumstances. She has performed surgeries on several of my pets both cats and dogs. She is tireless in helping to find homes for shelter animals and I have adopted several based on her expert evaluation of temperament and suitability. I recommend her wholeheartedly! Her heart and soul are devoted to animals.

Bridgewater Vet, all of their Staff and Dr. Moyer are THEE best there is. My whole family takes all of our animals here and have been for almost the last 10 years. I would never go anywhere else. They care about your animals like they are their own and help comfort you in any situation. They are very fair with pricing. There is not a bad thing I could ever say about this facility.

Dr. Moyer and his staff are the kindest people. I unfortunately had to put my dog to sleep yesterday and the entire staff was so gentle and kind with me and my sweet Jackson. Dr. Moyer had diagnosed my Jackson with congestive heart failure 6 weeks earlier so I knew it would only be a matter of time for my sweet dog.
I highly recommend Bridgewater Veterinary Hospital over any in the area as I have gone to a few different vets and NONE of them can compare to the compassion and care I received from the folks at Bridgewater.

Dr. Moyer and his staff at Bridgewater are the best! My family has been taking all of our pets here since the 90s and all of our pets have lived long, healthy lives thanks to the care they get at Bridgewater. My girlfriend and I just got a puppy and even though we live in the city, we take our puppy to Bridgewater because we know he will get the best care there.
