They broke my armrest. I brought my car in for a simple inspection and they broke the driver side arm rest. Impossible the person who did it did not know. You broke the tabs too so there is no way to fix it. Both the arm rest and the control assembly it clips into are broken. It needs to be replaced. Last time I let this place touch a vehicle of mine.

Needed a tire plug after catching a huge nail in my tire. Went to 3 other tire shops everyone was either too busy or had to wait about an hour or 2 to get seen. Decided to try Bob Nolan’s next,they handled my problem fast,no wait,nice workers and good service !

Had my car towed there by AAA because they were still there after 5pm on a Friday evening. The owner was yelling at the AAA driver for taking the car off his flatbed near the entrance that should have been my cue to take my car somewhere else. I let the nice front desk lady know my front brake got stuck to the rotor while driving and there was fluid leaking I also said my power steering was out and it was electric power steering they never checked my brakes only focused on power steering wanted to fix it for almost 900 and said we hope it will fix the brake issue. I said again to check where it was leaking the mechanic said it was probably water and i responded it was an oily substance I he proceeded to say if I know so much I should fix it when describing what I know about my cars issue. They charged me 140 to tell me my power steering was bad which I already knew. I picked my car up took it to my regular mechanic and my brake line was bad had a hole and was leaking all my fluid was gone they replaced it and they fixed my power steering. All in one day. If Bob's would have fixed the power steering and not my brakes I could have had a serious accident. Not to mention it took 2 days to even look at the car. Bad business practices, rude people and overall a rip off especially when they think you don't know anything about cars. AAA should cancel them as a service provider. Will make sure to let AAA know as well. I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm sure for some people they work for them bit as a new customer I was fully disappointed with the facility.

Was told by the owner after saw my vehicle to bring it in then they called and said we can't do it here went back to pick up my vehicle saw owner again he says idk why they would say that to leave my vehicle he would handle it then got called the next day only to be told to pick up my vehicle again because they don't do that I said the owner told me to leave it they then said the owner doesn't make the schedule smh horrible experience lost 2days of work

TOOK care of my brother's car same day when their lot was full. He had his car at Meineke on Rt. 13 2x just for a tail light being out. His back lights kept coming on when he got the car home...even had to have it towed. They never got it right and he didn't get his money back!! NOLAN'S fixed it properly and no problems since. I highly recommend!!
