Mike and everybody at Bensalem Auto Body are excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about them, from towing my car, to giving me a ride to get a rental, and most importantly completely fixing my car back to 100%. Also, Tina was excellent and informative with updates along the way. I highly recommend them.

Daughters car needed body work and they went above and beyond .. even taking care of minor damage not covered by insurance and were extremely fair in the out of pocket expense.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vendor. Brought my car there after a fender-bender. They had to replace a vital part under the hood. The next day I discovered that the part was only half-secured and dangling. In addition, whatever they did misaligned the hood locking mechanism and the car was complaining open hood even though it seems securely closed. This, in turn, disabled wipers.
Brought the car back. The boss told some guy there to fix it. He took the car somewhere in the back and was gone for about 1/2 hr. When he brought it back, I was already late for my doctor's appointment and drove it away. Half a mile later the hood warning came on again. After the appointment, I popped the hood and found out that nothing was done.
Wowed to never come back to that place no matter what and I asked my mechanic to fix it. He did it in 20 minutes and didn't charge me anything even though I offered.
REPLY TO THE OWNER: Yeah, I'm sure. I didn't use my real name and omitted identifying information because there are some owners out there who are insane enough to physically assault or sue in court for bad reviews.

My Dad was in a car accident weeks after buying a new car and wouldn't trust it to anyone but Bensalem Auto Body! Professional, excellent attention to detail and reasonable time frame to get the work done at a fair price. Service above and beyond driving to pick up rental car. Car is good as new again! Ideally, car accidents wouldn't occur, but since they do, don't trust your vehicle to anyone except Bensalem Auto Body! ~Coach S. Per

My car had a couple of scratches on it from being hit in a parking lot, I wanted to get an opinion on it before going through with the insurance claim so I stopped in Bensalem auto body after they were so great with my friends car. The scratches were out in 5 minutes and the car looked perfect. There is something to be said about the honesty and integrity of this shop and how wonderful all the employees are. Absolutely fantastic. They turned a very bad experience into a positive one. Mike and Tina went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult insurance company. Their honesty and integrity stood out by telling me what repairs were unnecessary. All this and the car looked brand new. By far the best auto body shop around. I'll never go anywhere else.

Brought my 2020 Mazda CX5 here to get front bumper/hood/grill/headlight repaired after my first incident in this car. Tina&Mike made the process so simple and stress free, and I was back in my car in 7 days. It looks wonderful!!! Thank you!!

I took my sons car here to get his front bumper fixed & a few other things. What a wonderful experience I had. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I’ve never had my car in a shop and got it back so quickly. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend this shop to all my family and friends. I originally called a local body shop and was told it would be about a 12 week wait. Well 12 weeks went by and no update, so I chose to look around and Bensalem Auto Body was recommended to me by my boss! I was in and out with no problem. I went in on a Friday, dropped my car off and they drove me to enterprise! Got my car back on Wednesday! Perfectly done as well!! Staff was super nice and accommodating!! I brought in my 2017 WRX for repairs from an accident recently and they did outstanding work! Made it look brand new again! If you ever need any body work done, this is the place to go to. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They were always quick to provide up to date information on my repairs and you can tell they take pride in what they do. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
