“Great experience! This has by far been the best interaction I've had with Wells Fargo. I have not conducted business with this company in over 5 years due to to poor service. I am attending a wedding out of town and needed some cash, contrary to their typically policy, they made change for me even though I am not a customer. It provided a positive impact on my day as I was crunch for time. Big shout out to Service Manager Anthony, not only was he extremely courteous with me, I was able to witness him handle a very busy store, provide training to new employees and effectively deescalate an anxious customer. Teller Elma was polite and efficient in handling my transaction. If Wells Fargo modeled each of their stores after this on in NE Philly, I believe they would greatly increase new business and expand existing. I certainly would consider returning if this proved to be a repeatable experience nationwide.”

“A few days ago (January 2023), I had to take money out of my TD business account. It was random that I stopped at this SPECIFIC TD bank as I went many places that day. But when I entered the bank, every employee was very friendly and made sure all of the customers were taken care of. Many people (customers & employees) were referring to each other by their first names. The teller asked me if I had an ATM card. I used to years ago but it was not renewed because I never used it (at that time it was Commerce bank). But Yes, it made sense to have one now. Because I have a business account, some things are very particular. I recently moved and to change my address, I needed the documents, ID and it needed to be in person (often you can change addresses on the Internet). I have been in many TD banks and while I think that overall they are very friendly and helpful, I felt compelled to write a review because the service at overall atmosphere was EXCELLENT. I have never written a review for any bank. Banks can sometimes feel pushy to get you to apply for a credit card or upgrade. But I had the kind of experience that if you were having a bad day, you would feel better having just had that transaction. Thanks for making everyone feel welcome!”

“A lovely lil’ local strip of shoppes and services anchored by a brick and mortar bank branch that has changed names more times than I can coun and ACME, a hometown hero market. For a squat retail strip carved out of the Neshaminy Creek farms and hillsides in the early 1970s and before The Kroman klan belched out countless tasteless tan townhouses, the Village Center management has done a fine job maintaining this galleria. Kudos! For so many younger plazas quickly have shown their cracks and become the bane of too many in the community.This ‘Center’s’ got: a dry cleaners, pet shop, Diana’s pizza joint, the beer distributor, Chinese, a cafe (that no one patronizes) and a Hallmark (Susan’s) - what more could you desire?? I know! A parking lot that is not a death trap and for Carvel Ice Cream and DAN-EL Sporting Goods to resurrect like Christ and reopen! Now that nostalgic throwback would be amazeballs!”
