The dumbest people. I don't go into parts places thinking they know anything about cars or the parts I need, but I do expect them to know how to do their job. I have delt with multiple employees, on multiple occasions and their own manager doesn't even know how to do their job. This location is the epitome of how incompetent Americans have become, Place needs a clear sweep.

More details needs to be incorporated when hiring associates.
On my visit to this store (street road/Bensalem) I enquired about heat resistant paint of a certain color. With a lot of attitude this young fellow pointed me to the paint wall and told me " choose what you like, ALL automotive paints are heat resistant". Very surprising, need me say no more.

Okay, had used this particular Midas for several years, but stopped
Made an appt. On-line to have my car checked out, listed what the possible cause of my check engine light on because AutoZone told me
I told Midas AutoZone 's findings.
This Midas on Street Road had my vehicle for over 3 days just to tell me I needed new brakes, ( got new brakes from this same Midas 1 year ago, I knew that was wrong) was charged over $700 ..close to $800 for a new battery and belt change.
Took my car to the car wash, then to gas station that same day....within 2 hour car stalled at the gas station.
Sat at the gas station for 25 minutes, car finally started
Left my car overnight, just to be told the problem was AutoZone stated it was, that I explained I wanted that to be looked at
After waiting for a call/ back, over a week later, took my car to Ford dealership.
The problem was stilled covered under warranty, my brakes were fine.
This Midas lost business from me and the four other vehicles in my household.
Not to mention, some of the employees attitudes (not John per say), were rude and nasty.
I ll take my vehicles elsewhere
