Well thank you for your incompetence,or just plain out ignorant actions towards someone that has no leg to stand on..and you know it!! 3 false positives for alcohol in a row..and never drank in my life..no it’s not diabetic issues…because of your Dereliction, incompetence,or just straight up “screw em” I have no leg to stand on,and my support system is shattered!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves,and your actions!! Clearly something is isn’t right..THANK YOU FOR YOUR IGNORANCE

Rude, rude, rude people they hire to go out unto the field. Whatever happened to professionalism when it comes to dealing with clients? You should try hiring people that don't talk rudely or give an attitude everytime they're approached by a client!!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for treating people the way you do.

I went there for reasons not related to covid testing and they had a big sign outfront of there building with a QR code on it and I have been there before so I got buzzed inside and there is a woman at the desk flirting or talking to some guy who's leaned completely over the desk in her face and after a couple mins she asks me why am I there and I tell her and she tells me go ba k outside there are 2 people in front of u now mind u its one of the coldest days and super windy and wdre all standing outside me and an old lady don't have iPhone so I don't know how to use QR codes but I t this lady was doing NOTHING behind the front desk and everyone is outside in the cold its so rude and uncomfortable i left its like u need to figure out. Better wY to take care of ur clientsCause that is not it!!!Especially since I didn't have a car to wait in. I got dropped off there. Not everyone has that luxury

The employees at Atlantic diagnostic laboratories were extremely friendly and let me in as soon as i rang the door bell. I was in and out within 5 minutes for my covid test. The first time i went for my covid test a few months ago there was a line to get tested but it was all very organized and went quickly. I strongly recommend going to Atlantic diagnostic laboratories for covid tests and or any lab test your doctor orders!

Lady on the counter was so rude. I Don’t suggest go this location asking $100 extra to get result in less than 24Hour.If you are looking to do RT-PCR testing for travel go to following location which is 10 mins away from this. I never write bad reviews but today I had a very negative experience. I don’t want to write a long story but being a business owner I understand it’s hard to find employees at this time but with the experience I had today I will try to find another place to go and not going to this place again unless they have better management team.They also limited three people inside the office so if you came in a family of 4 one will need to stand outside in cold.After seeing owner’s response so this was my experience this morning. I was there at 7am this morning. I did what the board said and scan the QR code. I suppose be the first person in line. There’s another couple went up to the door in front of me said they were there first so the receptionist took them in right away. So I don’t know why I am doing the QR code now if the staff is not following the rule.Then she told me they can only have 3 people in the office so I am the one inside and my other 3 family members are outside. I had to switch my family members in order to get the form filled. And then after all the staff only remembered to filled two of us and forgot to fill the other two. The short blonde hair lady start to fuss and say that I am complaining while she’s the one keep talking.There’s no customer service at all and if you are following what you should be doing on the board no one will be worried not to be called and rather standing out waiting.

I highly recommend ADL Labs. I had a little issue and wrote to customer service on Friday (Christmas eve) and was in told awe when I got an email from the COO personally Aaron Domenico. ON CHRISTMAS I have NEVER heard of a COO or any executive contacting a consumer directly to resolve an issue. he immediately took care of the issue. I have so much respect for Aaron and I highly recommend everyone use ADL Labs for all you testing. thank you Aaron from the bottom of my heart

My wife and I went to a Pharmacy in Edison on a Friday under 2 weeks ago and this lab has representatives in this pharmacy location. My results were available the next morning and to date my wife test results are not posted in her account to this day. We called frantically up to the Sunday morning before the cruise and got in touch with "AL", his title is unknown and he personally emailed her results to her. The mindless automatons we spoke with were no help whatsoever and almost missed on on a trip because of there careless mistakes and cavalier attitude towards our plight. Find another lab with better and more concise individuals who pay attention to details and when a problem arises so it instead of pushing it off on the next employee at your company.

Atlantic diagnostic labs are the fastest, most professional lab around for testing. My daughter is medically complex on a ventilator, and our collector Tonya was nice enough to come to our car to do her testing. Would recommend them 100%!!

Visited the Drexel Hill office for annual lab tests recently. Very convenient, good service, no wait. Extremely pleased because they complied with my request to send me a copy of the lab report. I have been disappointed by some other labs failure to follow through on this.

If you need a Covid PCR test for international travel ADL is the place to go. (Get a referral from your doctor first so Insurance pays for it).The staff is friendly and helpful. The turnaround time for results is quick, as promised.We used ADL for departure travel, and for our 3-5 day return testing. We are very pleased.
