Good experience with my Zenith stereo. Fixed issues that another shop overlooked and some they couldn't fix . Elyse is great -fast service too. Highly recommend .

Please take your business somewhere else. The service at Andalusia is very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with them NEVER. They don’t even deserve one star. I took my TV there to be repaired because my 40 inch TV wasn’t turning on they charge me $40 to see what was wrong with it and then they charge me 180 dollars to repair it which is over $200 and I should’ve just went out and bought a brand new TV. They said the motherboard needed to be replaced so they replace the motherboard when I got my TV back. I had a black line going down the TV I called them and let them know right away. I took my TV back and they said they would fix it and it’s been over 2 months and I still didn’t get my tv back yet, they keep saying oh we’re waiting for it to be repaired. I get so many different excuses at this point right now I’m trying to do a charge back with my bank and I’m gonna take them to small “claims court because this is ridiculous. Please please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else or buy a brand new TV I’m telling you it’s not worth it to go to this place.

I brought my gaming laptop to them for repair. A couple years ago. They charge me about 50$ for something like inspection. And after they called me and said - you have bad motherboard. Need to replace it. Hm. Ok. They charge me 600$ for that. (Laptop price 1200)But. When I came to pick up my laptop and asked lady on front desk to bring my old motherboard. She said “oh, we send it to the manufacturer, sorry” Ahahah) Liars)So as I know they just fix/change some element on motherboard but charged me х10 for service.If you don’t know your problem, better find another place with fair price and absence scammers.

Andalusia Tv was able to get the job done when it came down to bringing my 50 inch smart tv back to working.... Out of nowhere my tv shut down on me, I reached out to the TV company (Hisense) and they weren't much help at all. I researched around and Andalusia came up on Google, even though I was told to just buy a new TV instead of spending the same amount of money to get it fixed but I did my way and made the call. If anyone needs services, they also fix laptops, tablets etc. I'd recommend them and if need be I'll be there again. Thanks Andalusia ☺️

At this point it seems these trash bags stole my father in laws TV. It had an issue with the board which was on the invoice. Them all of a sudden once it gets over there it has a cracked screen. They essentially said prove it was them to my FIL since I guess he's taking his TV off the wall all the time. They've promised a replacement for a few years now and I guess they basically decided to keep his TV. I'll be reaching out to the attorney general,BBB, consumer affairs and probably a few other entities since this low lifes are taking advantage of elders.

They fixed our old VCR. We have alot of VHS tapes, and want to dub them to a DVD. Great job, and reasonable.

Do not bring anything electrical or computer related to be repaired at this business. I left my computer on 11/25/20 and still have not had it repaired almost 3 months later. Excuses ranged from defective part sent, then it was the COVID snail mail excuse, inclement weather and now a processor piece that needs replaced I have been inconvenienced over and over not being able to work remotely from my home. To add insult to injury a 50$ refund was offered ! What a slap in the face! I'm not even sure if I will ever get my computer in one piece. I have already been charged over 300$ for repairs that obviously never happened. Deplorable customer service and ignorant employees

I was pleasantly surprised to see Andalusia TV repair was still open after all these years. I have used their services over the years and have always been satisfied. they're knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. So if you do not have enough money to buy a brand new TV, this is the way to go

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We took our TV to get fixed on a Friday, late afternoon, and it was done the very next day!!! The lady who works the front desk was so nice and helpful!!! And our TV works perfectly again!!!We highly recommend this place!!!Thank you very much for helping us!!!
