I live in upstate New York and was looking to buy a used car, I wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection since I would be buying site unseen. I found Alexander’s Auto when searching for auto shops near the dealer from which i’d be purchasing. I called Alexander’s to schedule an appointment and informed them of what I’d be doing. They assured me that it was no problem and they wouldn’t provide any info regarding the inspection to the seller, only directly to me. They performed a thorough inspection which highlighted many areas not seen in photos from the seller or mentioned by the seller. Alexander’s also asked good questions regarding my intent with the car to help me make a better informed decision based on the things that needed work as to whether it would be worth the cost needed to get the car in shape. The owner offered sage advice and wisdom on the used car purchase experience and gave me the insight needed to make an informed decision and moreover things to think about with future buying experiences. Can’t thank them enough!

Had my yearly inspection. I waited for my car to be done. Was out in about an hour. Freinfdly greeting as always. I definitely recommend Alexander Automotive. Always fair and honest

I called today about a few issues with my vehicle. It happened to be my lucky day. They had a cancellation and were able to look at my car and repair what I really wanted done and what I personally could afford all in one day. I will be definitely be making a future appointment with them to fix the other issue. I was in contact with Shane. He was so nice to speak with and was very informative when explaining too me what I would need to do. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

Alexander’s is one of the most reliable and helpful shops I’ve ever been to. Multiple times they’ve squeezed me in on short notice for tire repairs or inspections. Friendly and professional, highly recommend them for Bensalem.

I bought a used car which had quite a few issues. I took it to Alexanders auto. They went over every thing in detail,pricing repairs.
It was a spare care but I did not want it to break down on a long trip. Every thing was handled in a timely fashion. Great mechanics, employees were all excellent and detail oriented.
