Please tell me why the donuts and other pastries are not out upon opening? I have gone in looked and nothing is our! I've seen other people do the sane and just walk out. Not good business practice Acme. The other older lady is much better and everything looked fantastic. I would come in for the pastries and shop while I was there. Not anymore...I'll go elsewhere.

I went to hot food/deli area on Saturday and was serviced by the rudest service worker EVER!!!! She had such a negative attitude and disgusting demeanor! I will never go back there again.

Clean store, moderate prices. Good service. Water is super expensive, but it's expensive everywhere else too. I like shipping in Acme.

Clipped deals did not work on app. last 2 times it did work, but not today. wanted cherries and grapes neither one worked. restarted app and went back and did not work. time for acme to do away with clipped deals.

ZERO STARS….On 11/26/2023, Patty in the deli was extremely rude and discriminatory in her chosen behaviors toward me as an African American customer. She literally came from a different counter to tell another employee to stop serving me after he began taking my order. She loudly voiced her assumption that I didn’t have a number; then loudly voiced a second assumption that my number wasn’t next. She was wrong on both accounts. It should be noted that Patty had no problem allowing the same employee to serve the time Caucasian gentleman ahead of me who wasn’t asked for a number and didn’t offer to present a number at all. Patty was provocative , escalated and highly insulting. Rather than attempting to reason with her, I took this disturbing issue to customer service. The manager Diane gave me a portion of what I planned to order free of charge AFTER she attempted to excuse Patty’s poor behavior. The actions of the manager were as insulting as Patty’s. I wound up giving the food away. I’ve patronized this Acme location since 2007. I’ll be sharing this experience with my wide network of family, friends and community service partners.

Decent space for parking, but entering from Bristol Rd is awkward and tight. The shelves tend to be full and organized. The place is well lit and *seems* cleaner than average.Unfortunately, that's it for the positives.While things are stocked and organized, the problem seems to be "what" is stocked. Many of the brands I like aren't here, and when they are, they're still missing the actual product I'm looking for.The produce section is weak, but it's not the weakest around. The produce could have counted as neutral feedback, maybe even a positive, except for the price.And that's the main problem with this store - price. I've seen reviews mention "competitive pricing" and "great sales", but neither of those things represent shopping here. The prices are *very* high. And the sales are *not* great. They're actually completely bogus from what I can tell. The average scenario that I saw was items on sale still costing more than competitors. The best case I saw was sale prices lowering the cost of items to the standard price of competitors. The latter appeared much less common than the former, but I, admittedly, didn't inventory every sale in the store ?.So, yes, this place is better lit and seems cleaner than competitors (and that lighting may be the very reason it "seems" cleaner), but it's generally more expensive across the board, even after "sales". I didn't notice anything at this store that makes it more favorable than its competitors, especially not at the higher prices - no real sales, no exclusive items, and no great variety within available brands.I don't recommend shopping here.
