The engineers know, and I mean KNOW what they are doing. They are no joke and there's not much in the IT world they have not seen or dealt with. They are what I consider to be true unbiased/non-corporate experts of the field. Their goal is to get you up and running as fast as possible and they give no care to "how to make their company more money" or how to sell you a ridiculous product to solve the issue. In fact, they avoid talking about it because they honestly do not care - their goal is to fix the problem.Sales reps on the other hand are as bad as or worse than a used car salesman. They are the type of people that when you innocently walk into a store and you see someone from the electronics department perk up for a new commission opportunity, your instincts tell you to hide behind the nearest shelf. They frame their sales pitches to be "if you don't buy X particular product, Z will happen. They pitch ridiculous products that are lightyears beyond what is actually needed, and the price tag reflects it. With the added inflated commission percentages, expect to pay for the product and someone's quarterly bonus as well.If the sales team was even half less concerned with making a buck and selling products that actually fit the needs of the business, I think I'd have much more positive things to say. I don't see it ever changing.But, I would use the service team all day.

Things went downhill the last few months when they went against our direct request to NOT change firewall. Only found out several months after they swapped hardware and we had been chasing issues for months that they did it. Now they will not fix it.
