I went there to get COVID test this morning. Everything was smoothly progressed. Nurse Alex (if I remember correctly) was really nice person and she was very helpful. I thank her.

Can't get in for 2 days when stopped by, couldn't make online appointment, kept getting looped and going nowhere on the site. Terrible. Going elsewhere.

Came Into the minute clinic at 415...starting signing in and the lady came out and said we are closed sorry, I said the time & she replied " it Takes more then 10 minute to see you" She was so rude. My neck is literally swollen and that lady could give 2 craps.... is she even a Doctor? Very dissappointed
