I was refused an appointment. It would seem that strabismus and cystinuria aren't "medical" enough for this provider, despite her profile on Anthem's site claiming that she provides a full range of services. I was told to see an optometrist instead like I had simple single-vision refraction to measure. I've seen actual doctors for 57 years for a reason!

The Frontline staff are very friendly and helpful. I popped in 10 minutes before closing to pick up contacts I ordered and came up on the ladies heading out just a bit early. I surprised them and they were happy to hand off my contacts order since it was pre-paid (a helpful tip!). Thank you! Note-I have not worked with Dr. Nath but did work with their previous optometrist, so consider this a whole firm review.

I have twice now had a great experience with Dr. Nath. She is kind and very professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions with through explanations.

Previously, I had mistakenly wrote a bad experience comment, which was in error. Dr. Nath and her office staff are excellent and I would recommend the practice to anyone.

Dr.Nath is a good doctor I’ve always thought that but today my appointment was 1:45 I got there and signed the paper at 1:30 at 2:40 I left because I still didn’t get called back yet …very unacceptable and didn’t even get a I’m sorry

Staff is unprofessional and lazy. I work for a company that falls under 6400 regulations and this office did the bare minimum to help keep us in compliance to be honest they'd rather us be out of compliance so they could do less work! The doctor was very nice but at the end of the day business is business and I can not do business with LAZY people.

Visiting Pittsburgh and got a bug in my eye while running in Frick Park. I was not a regular patient, yet Dr Nath saw me the same day, fished out the bug and sent me on my way with an antibiotic ointment feeling much better. As for the reviewer who posted the one star review, she's posted 5 Google reviews and 4 of them are one star. Eye roll.

Dr. Nath is a caring professional with a first-rate friendly staff.
Another post said "equipment was 'out of date'". This person is a rube. Look if you want gimmicks, hocus-pocus, and computer screens to gaze at, go to some hack in a docs-in-a-box at the mall.
I've trusted my sight to Dr.Nath for many years.

I've been Dr.Nath's patient for several years. I see her every year. I'm very pleased with her and her staff. She is caring and understands my concerns and is monitoring an eye condition that I've had.

Billing was a disaster and equipment was not up to date. I recommend finding anywhere else to go.
