My opinion may be biased because my grandfather built this field with his buddies years and years ago. I play softball here with my team. People who volunteer here are very nice. Note: You aren’t allowed to have dogs on the field. They can play in the parking lot, at the park, or even on the hill, but not inside the fences.Playground: The playground is small, but a lot of local kids enjoy it.Restrooms: The restrooms are usually clean but kids have tried to destroy them over the years.Dog-friendliness: Your dogs are allowed be at Gillot Park ( the parking lot, the hill, the playground, and the area behind the field ) at any time, however Loch field ( the large field/main field )is off limits for pets. I know a lot of people don’t follow this rule, but we’d appreciate it if people would start.Picnic area: There are two picnic tables by the concession stand with a clear view of any game or practice.

It's kinda rundown. Fun enough for a few minutes on a short walk with the kids.

This is a ball field, it was muddy, soggy and wet. I do believe the tyme I spent here was practicing with my equipment so that I kould preform at a higher level. I had a few people stop and stare, but at the end of it all no one opted to interrupt my hard work of gazing at the sky. The privacy at that tyme was impeccable.
