Alright, so I generally don’t have a need to leave a review but there is this one girl at the register with pink and blue hair who had the rudest attitude.
I came in to ask about getting passport photos and you could tell she felt inconvenienced by my request. She told me the camera was broken and she couldn’t help. I proceeded to ask where else I could go only to have her direct me to google for that answer. Like, Dude, if you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t! I do hope this woman gets some form of write or or finds a better suited job.

It’s not the stores fault, it’s the company’s, but you can’t even talk to a pharmacist when you need an urgent refill, you have to leave a message. I’m taking my business elsewhere. People inside are nice though.

The cashier up front with the multicolored hair is rather mean to customers, condescending, and is generally very unpleasant to talk to. Otherwise, the store is clean and almost always stocked quite well. Pharmacy staff members are efficient and very helpful.

The pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00 daily for lunch. I was in line at 1:30 and the staff told me that I would have to come back at 2:00. It's not my fault that there was a line ahead of me. Instead of waiting on me, I had to go wait in my car for thirty minutes. This experience, on top of many other issues with prescription management, has disappointed me beyond belief. Have been a CVS customer at other locations for nearly thirty years and am considering switching pharmacies. What an extreme disappointment.

Please fix the massive size pothole at the entrance. Dangerous for people coming in and out the parking lot.

This Location @ 355 Lincoln avenue is a very clean location inside. The front end of the store is very well managed by Debbie. The associates are courteous and reflect the Managers style. The PARKING LOT at this location is horrendous to say the least.I know that this location serves around 7 different communities, and I am noticing fewer cars there because of the current parking conditions. Even the parking entrances and exits are in total disrepair. CVS will lose more customers if this issue is not addressed. Repairing the lot will cause an inconvenience for a brief period, but bring back customers to this very well kept location. I only gave the review 4 out of 5 stars because of theParking lot situation, otherwise it would be a five.Respectfully SubmittedHamilton GambaroCVS customer over 20 plus years.

The new pharmacist is absolutely rude. He has no idea what's going on. My insurance company called him and asked him a few questions and he couldn't answer one of them. Instead of just saying they didn't have it. He argued with me that I went ahead and picked up my medicine already. Which why would I show up twice in one week to get the same med? absolutely terrible. I went ahead and switched my pharmacy because if you weren't willing to help me and looked past the issue, I no longer can do business with you. sad.

Went to get my Covid vaccine. The younger male pharmacist took my insurance card and eventually told me I was not covered by insurance. He said he could not do anything else. I came home and called my insurance. They verified that the medical ID was wrong and verified my coverage.I made another appointment and the pharmacist canceled it. I called the store and explained that I had a new ID. The same male pharmacist had me on the phone while he checked (or pretended to) and again said that even with the new information I am not covered. I asked him to call the insurance to verify what I had just been told. He refused.I called my insurance back and explained. UPMC called the pharmacy with me on the line and another gentleman answered. They were able to quickly and without issue verify my coverage. I was told I could still come in even though it was now past my appointment time.I arrived at the pharmacy again and said I was there for my vaccine. The younger male pharmacist said something along the lines of “I’ll get to you when I get to you” and had me wait a while. Eventually I got the vaccine.Pharmacist was rude from the start and wholly unhelpful. Not sure if racism, homophobia, or downright incompetence but this CVS Pharmacy is not a place you’ll want to trust with your health, especially when it comes to this pharmacist.

Multi color haired girl is very rude and keeps screaming in the store. Don’t know why she works there if she doesn’t like people.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to pick up medication from, the staff are outright unhelpful and have lied to me multiple times about when my medication will be in. I’m a type one diabetic, and several times they have just not had insulin when they said they would. It’s disgusting, the staff don’t care at all about your wellbeing.Edit: Found out from a helpful employee from another store that they are unable to see when they are getting insulin because they receive it from a third party, so yeah, them saying they could see it coming in on the next shipment was just a blatant lie.
