Jessie is the best person in there hands down! As soon as I walked in he got up right away to assist me! I was having issues with my phone from another company and he got me the best deal! Ended up leaving my company and merging with them! Very professional and timely! Thanks Jessie!

Excellent customer service!!! I called the Bellevue Boost Mobile location after work today in need of help because all my apps kept crashing on me. I couldn't view my emails, use Google, or check my bank account. It was super frustrating. Cameron answered and advised me of a few different options. I tried all of them and nothing seemed to work, so he advised that I come to the store to get it resolved. About a half hour later, I got a call from Cameron after he researched the issue I was having. He was able to solve it right over the phone with me!! He really went above and beyond to help me out, and I am so appreciative!!

I purchased a new iPhone at this store only to find out that it was a used phone when I got it home, I had a weird feeling about the phone and am glad I checked through it, but someone not as savvy about the phone might never know, I exchanged it for a new one that day, even though he said the used one he sold me first was the last one lol it was a shady experience but the only bad one I’ve ever had with boost.

the ladies at METRO in MCKEES ROCKS that helped me get my brand new iphone 11 was amazing. they truly out done any other company employees regarding my phone. customer service was AMAZING! so easy to understand, helpful, hands on. literally broke down everything in pieces one by one. i came from boost mobile . they literally are terrible! i was with boost going on 3 years. - paid additional money each month for insurance just incase anything happens for them to literally do nothing and try to make me pay 400 at a base price, not including taxes fees etc for an USED iphone 7+. a little background info my phone was stolen and i attempted to file a claim to get an replacement and they denied me because i made ONE payment late. then when i decided to not go with the USED iphone 7+ and went to metro and tried to get my phone number transfer boost changed my pin code without telling me. I WAS AT THE BOOST MOBLIE IN BELLEVUE PA ON LINCOLN AVE. when i call the place i was literally just at 30 mins prior and used the same exact pin code it worked. i called them and they said they wouldn’t and i must of forgot my pin when i had the same pin for 3 years! - if you ask me once i decline the offer for the iphone 7+ and told them i’m going to weight out my options that’s when they decided to change my pin so that i possibly don’t leave or can’t get my number. overall don’t support BOOST MOBLIE. - take your money to an company that actually helps try and get you the best phone, best plan for you. you won’t regret it. thank you again ladies!!!also i almost forgot. while i did visit the place the man that was attempting to help told me that i needed my ID. when my phone was stolen so was my ID which i informed the man about. he then said that he just needs my ID number. i told him i have a old ID at my place that i can go grab fast and he said yes. because he NEEDED my ID NUMBER. - i go get it come back the guy is doing some paper work and i realize he never asked for my ID after he told me it was needed and i should go grab it. i asked him didn’t he need my ID FOR THE ID number at the top? and he said no. i actually don’t need it. sir really??? your just wasting my time and my gas at this point. smh. i’m extremely disappointed.
