I do not and I MEAN DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to this place. They sell old defected vapes and stale cigars and cigarillos , then when you go to return them they point to a sign saying no refunds. I been a customer here for 6 years+ and today I felt disrespected. They will no longer have me or my significant others business. From an everyday customer to this, and yes their has been problems in the past but never nothing serious, and it's not like I wanted a refund, I wanted a product that actually worked. Never again will I ever step foot back in here. And if I were you id simply stay away. There's a place a block down, AN ACTUAL SMOKE SHOP, Ran by a respectful honest Guy named Alex.

The people here are great and I’ve been coming here for years but no longer. I got a delta cart here and didn’t use it till a couple days later and it ended up not working right. Took it back and they said there was nothing they could do because I threw the box out. I understand to some extent to have to watch out for yourselves, but I’ve been coming here multiple times a week for years. You’d think they’d be willing to help you out with a defective product they sold you when you’re a loyal customer. If you’re planning on buying any carts, go down the street a little to Pittsburgh Smoke Shop, they stand by their merchandise. I intend on going by soon whenever the owner is in to see if he’s willing to rectify the situation and if they do, I’d be happy to adjust this rating.

I was treated badly by the owner the 2 young guys are cool and helpful I ask the owner a question and he told me you can't see the adds he place and. Told me not to come back to stay the hell out his store just for asking a question

The owner is a real Jagoff and does not have respect or talk to customers properly. AJ and the young guy are both good guys but I give this place a 1 and will go elsewhere to purchase my tobacco..he doesn't deserve my business anymore
