“Christina was amazing! She was so great with my pick-up order and the intricacies/ challenges that go along with yarn dye lots and matching self striping yarn patterns. As a former Retail Store Manager myself, I can definitely say Christina is everything an exceptional Store Manager should be. She was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable, through the entire process, and made my return and exchange absolutely painless. She took a situation one would expect to be difficult and turned it into a wonderful customer experience with her expertise, excellent solutions, kindness, and understanding. I am so happy with my experience. Coming to this store is well worth the drive. (Just over an hour for me) I would give 10 stars if I could! Many Kudos to a great store and Manager!”

“I take advantage of the curbside pickup, because if I went in, more money would be spent. This is a great service, and I am very rarely disappointed with anything that Joann's does. Your clerks are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of there way to help. Sale items are frequent and I crochet for an outreach center, and always get a good deal on great yarn. So thanks Joann's! You have what I need, and I do go in a lot. The store always looks great. Kudos!”
“The gals in this JF are sweet as can be. Several older ladies working there too (good for them!) and I’ve enjoyed chatting to them in particular. One time one of them even walked all the way up to the register with me to make sure I got the sale price on an item I wanted. She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure that it rang correctly. I thought that was really nice They are just peaches. ?”
