Paid $16 for the automatic carwash & not only did i just end up getting the same thing i would have for $7 at the sheetz, it CRACKED MY TAIL LIGHT COVER. Tried calling the number to get a full voicemail box & no response.

Loved this car wash until I was charged for a wash I was unable to have because the prompt was the wash was in use even though it was so clearly empty. No number to call or on site help.

Excellent car wash! Very clean, they are extremely clear about how much time you have on your Clock, and the price was fair.

i've been using the microfiber wash bay for quite a few years. It's been broke for about a month and finally was fixed and I went there this morning, 11AUG23. On the menu it doesn't tell you what you're getting for the $9, $10 or $11 wash. but the $10 wash went like this... It seems there was plenty of scrubbing of the dirt from the microfibers but there wasn't nearly the same amount of water used to rinse as there was before the machine was broken. On top of that I could've blown the water off now better using a straw. I don't know what happened or what you guys are doing down there but today was my last time. I have streaks all over my hood from not getting all of the soap rinsed off the vehicle before the useless blow dryer came on. There was so much water left on the vehicle it's almost as if it didn't utilize a drying cycle at all. That coupled with driving home allowed everything to leave streaks on the front hood.

Completely nonfunctional wash bays. No change available. It wouldn't take dollar bills. Just tear it down if nothing works.

The automatic car wash is terrible. Did not come close to washing my car. I went down the street to get my car washed again. Waste of $11!

Much more expensive than your average car wash. Vacuum is $2 for example…and the first one I used barely worked!

Not sure whats going on with this place, but the auto washes have been closed. Maybe they are updating. I have nothing bad to say about a CAR WASH. How bad can one be?

I only used the vacuum but it worked great! The trash can was really full though and needs to be emptied more often.
