“I rented a very reasonably-priced 10"x10" storage unit from Mike from January through June of this year. The units and property are clean, modern and secure, and offer good protection from the elements. The units have raised concrete slabs to protect from rain water. I had my belongings stored there in snowy, rainy and hot weather- all my stuff was unaffected by these conditions. There wasn't even dust on my things after 6 months.
Mike is very personable and goes out of his way to meet your needs and provide the best customer service. He answered all my concerns about how weather might affect my belongings, and even offered that if I felt the need for it, that there were other businesses locally who had temperature-controlled units. He's a real stand-up guy.
