I thoroughly enjoyed the class. The instructor was friendly and motivating. The class challenged me and I felt like I got a good workout in. I also was able to weigh myself and get a print out of my body fat /muscle composition etc.

I've done a couple surge classes and done some one on one personal training. John is a very knowledgeable trainer capable of determining any deficiencies you have and helping you correct them. He seems to really care about his clients.

Great programs and awesome trainers! I went for 2 months and saw great improvement in that time.
