Big shout out to Marvin in the body shop. My mom is 73 and disabled. She always takes her lincoln to Joel Confer for service, and they always treat her great. Very helpful with her condition. She recently got into a fender bender, mild rear end collision. Marvin went above and beyond to help her out. I do not live locally and I am so thankful for good people like him who take the time to help. My mom is very pleased with the repair. Joel Confer Ford is an excellent example of a small town business that really cares about the customer. Thank you!

Done business with this company. I feel as tho if your a women. The company thinks you know nothing about vehicles. But I'm not a fool when it comes to mechanic of a vehicle. Telling someone that to do a job takes 16 hours is outrageous. If you are rebuilding a engine or transmission yes it maybe 10 to 12 hours. But to exchange a part out and put the replacement in i don't think so. So I ask a few friends whom have service garages in 5 different states. They all Laugh. Your system you use to calculate jobs has Errors or maybe it's the mechanic error inputting or maybe your trying to ripe customers off into spending $$$$. I can say that your team distinctly told lies cause people heard the information wrote it down and a few days later there was a different price and when confronted your team said they never said that at least a few times. Your business may do business with the state and county vehicle and they pay to service them because they don't have their own garages like in other States. But maybe they should do inquires. I'll have to ask the state garages to see. But as far as vehicle repairs I'm going to say Stop Telling Customer Wrong Information or write down what your Telling Customers.

My wife and I were treated well when we purchased our new Ford Ranger from Joel Confer. However, the Joel Confer Service Department has completely failed us. There should be service after the purchase of a new vehicle. That has not been our experience with the Joel Confer Ford Service Department. They took over four hours to install weather stripping on my driver’s side front door. They had told me the job would take 20 minutes to complete.

I would like to thank Joel Confer Ford for helping my shop today. We had some issues with a car that we could not program with our equipment. Instead of taking advantage of the situation they offered to help. Everyone from the Parts Department, Service Department, to Bob the tech helped out. Thank you Sharer’s Auto.

I have brought my 2008 Mustang here for 11 years - since I first bought it in NJ and moved out here - and they have been beyond excellent with it and with me. In fact, I special ordered a 2020 Mustang I'm picking up there tomorrow, and have already told my brother-in-law who is buying my 2008 to keep bringing it here - and my 2020 will be taken care of by no one else and no other dealer! And I drive from State College up to Bellefonte because this group is so so wonderful! Truly caring service and I trust them completely (and I'm from New York City - not naturally trusting, LOL)!

I needed a new vehicle after the transmission blew in our 2006. Joel and his staff took great care of us. Cameron took his time and worked out the numbers so we could have an affordable payment. The whole process was super fast! We took our brand new car home a few hours after we got there! If you need a vehicle this is the place to go! Thank you Joel!
