As someone who has not had my hair colored in years, I cannot say enough good things about my time with Marie at snoballs. She listened to all of my hair concerns, took time to learn about my hair type and daily styling routines, and what I thought I would need for my day to day life. She listened to all of my concerns and desires, and absolutely made the entire experience so positive. She took additional time to listen to my typical styling routines and gave me detailed advice as to how to manage my hair texture as well as showed me step by step styling and product recommendations. Getting your hair done for the first time (in about ten years) can be very scary, but Marie assuaged any concern I had and made it such a truly wonderful and fun experience!
Stylist: Marie truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns, desires, and styling needs. I was very nervous and she absolutely made me feel so taken care of. She is so attentive, and positive, and just a joy to spend time with during the service!

Thank you Marie for making my sister's experience one she's not about to forget anytime soon. She is just over the moon with her hair. She had me take her picture and we sent it to everyone. She has been through so much and for snowballs to take her mind off all her troubles even for just a couple of hours is amazing.

I have been going to Snoball’s for about 3 years now and always see Kelsey. She is amazing! She always does my hair EXACTLY the way I want. I am never disappointed. I’m a life long customer. If they ever close, I’ll be sad.

Had an appointment but left. I have never been more humiliated than my experience there. I was told that l couldn't have highlights because of my previous hair color...in fact she asked the entire salon if they ever heard of anyone who was able to cover this color. Went to another salon and had the color applied that l had wanted and it turned out great.

I can't say enough good things about my experience yesterday at Snoballs. From the initial attempt to make a last minute appointment over the phone, to the very end, I was treated with kindness and respect. This was my first time here. My requests for my daughter and I during this appointment were not few or easy but Nina made it happen.She made sure that even last minute, squeezing us in, that we both left feeling beautiful and important. It is clear that this staff and Nina clearly care about their customers on a level you won't find many other places. Not to mention the quality of the work that was put in! I have never in my life left a salon feeling completely satisfied. There would always be something or another that I didn't like. Not this time! My 11 year old had the best day and loves her haircut and I am beyond thrilled with my bayalage and haircut. You know it's a good job when you wake up from a hairday the next day, look in the mirror and you are still happy with your hair and not in, what do I do with it now, mode.Thank you Nina and staff for listening, making us feel at home and doing an amazing job!Services: Haircut

When I first started getting my hair done, I was not sure of exactly what I wanted. I knew I needed a change and Marie helped me with just that. Ever since I started getting my hair done by Marie, my overall experience at Snoballs has increased overtime. She knows what I want before I even know, which is a good thing for me, since I am not a professional. I can not wait for my next appointment. Randi is the absolute best!!! Easy to schedule with - very professional - extremely friendly and easy to talk with - talented with color and all types of cuts and styles - her suggestions are spot on! She is also very honest when asked if a color or specific cut would work for you! Overall an amazing person and hair stylist!!!
