Be careful about app ordering. it's more convenient but when you select for delivery from store, your doordasher may steal your food. (at least from my driver, Toussaint). In addition, ordering for in store pickup rarely ends up being faster than ordering at the kiosk. (sometimes slower). I get it may be made close to arrival time, but what is the point of placing an order in advance if it won't be ready when I arrive?
Doesn't help that sheetz has been going kinda downhill with price increases,startling number of upcharges, failure to constantly stock toilet paper in men's bathroom, and a laughably poor rewards system salvaged by a good PR team.
Sheetz is on a slippery slope, and they need to tighten their shoestrings and pull it together for the guests.

Went there yesterday to the drive-thru. ordered 4 hotdogs. Pulled up to the first window a guy opened the window looked at me then closed it , didn't say anything. A few minutes later a different guy comes over ( might have been some sort of MGMT had a different uniform) looks at me through the window then walks away. Didn't say anything. I waited there 5 minutes. Thought I was supposed to pull up to the 2nd window . So I did. A girl looked at me through the window and walked away. Didn't say anything. I sat there for almost another ten minutes before just leaving. I'll never go back there again.

Waited an extra 30 minutes after receiving out food because they forgot the milkshake. No one ever came back to the window, had to pull in and send my boyfriend in to ask for it.

I placed an order thru the app to pick up at the drive thru. He did not have record of it and was unwilling to further assist. Inside was no better. After asking the fourth person for help, and waiting 15 minutes, i finally got my order- by now a cold burger and extremely soggy nachos. HORRIBLE!!

Cashier said sign of there free coffee in December isn’t vaild unless I get 7 of them I’ve used it every week and the app said it’s good for one free coffee no other purchase neededThey proceeded to force me to purchase it after I said then I don’t want itThen come back and another member said she told me the wrong information after paying for itLast week they also gave me the wrong milk shake didn’t even touch it still on the counter right infront of the girl and they refused to make the correct one as stated on my receiptThe Store is arrogant

There's a Sheetz a half a mile from my house. I literally can't eat there because the food is so bad. I would suggest if you go to the GetGo in the same area and for example get an Italian hoagie from each place, I usually get The club at GetGo, but I don't think sheets offers that so for comparison reasons the food at GetGo is a thousand times better. The last food I got from Sheetz I was starving, and it was so bad I couldn't eat it I hate to say that because it's so convenient and they have a drive-thru. The get-go in Elizabeth has to drive through but that's a 7 MI away. The GetGo on 51 and 70 does not have a drive-thru. Having said all that I know for a fact that everything that get go sales fast food wise is way better. To go to GetGo. Sheets better get with it. Their food sux. It's a shame cuz it's such a nice place and the people who work there are wonderful you go through all that trouble, and then you serve crappy food? It's unbelievable to me. Sad

Poor food service. Ordered food went to get a fountain drink paid. As I was walking to the food area saw my sandwich being made. She bagged the sandwich turned around and pulled the mini hashbrowns Outland bagged them. Then she started making a large order. 10 minutes goes by and she finally calls my number. At this point the food isn't hot anymore. The other person that was there I passed outside and told them that our order was done 10 minutes ago. She was surprised and said they made her late. It's store #377 and I do hope this issue is addressed. It won't let me give less than a 1 star. Don't get me wrong other stores are not like this one.

Let me see the manager is making it right but I have to go up there on my own time for him to make it right this is more of a review for the delivery never do sheets delivery it's complete garbage food was ice cold like it literally was sitting on ice wanted diced tomatoes got diced onions which make me puke no PBJ which I ordered because the discount cold food messed up order ck missing items ck because you're out of that kind of peanut butter and jelly is no excuse why I can't be contacted for a substitute worst Sheetz experience every won't be using delivery ever again (update) the food here is hit or miss just ate a horrible breakfast sub with cold eggs I give there food rating it will be good 40% of the time

I got a sub and the bread was stale and hard. It was difficult to eat. So much for fresh bread.
