Customers appreciate the friendly and accommodating employees. However, there is a long-standing pothole outside that needs fixing, as it has been there for two months and causes inconvenience. Overall, Rite Aid is a reliable place for prescriptions, COVID testing, and other healthcare needs, with a team that truly cares about their customers.
Service has been good, but this pothole has been here for 2 months and it's deep. I'm not the only one that keeps hitting. It needs to be fixed ridiculous. Please fix it.
